Best Hotels with bar in Nancy

Located 5 minutes from the train station, this hotel is perfect for a layover. The staff provided good service and applied the public health measures with extra care, which is appreciated. A snacking offer is provided, and I was really glad to have a hot meal after all the restaurants were closed. The rooms are a little bit tiny but have everything needed, and the value is more than correct. I would definitely come back

The hotel is located in front of the train station and has the classical accommodation of a ibis, although it looks like an older hotel with a pension. The location is not exactly in the city's main square, but is 10 minutes walking away. Some negative points for me were the lift being very small and slow, along with a mopho smell in the room. it's tb a little more expensive than a ibis in other cities, but even cheaper than other options in nancy.

Meneer Julien GATINOIS, wij verblijven al heel wat jaren in goede hotels, heb zelfs gewerkt in één van de beste hotels in Washington D.C. , dus een zwembad met ”waterslides” is ook zeker niet wat wij zoeken. Wij zijn ook zeker bekend met ”adult only” hotels, maar zeker niet met een hotel waar mijn kinderen niet welkom zijn in het zwembad. Jammer dat gastvrijheid niet hoog bij jullie in het vaandel staat. Wij zullen in ieder geval hier nooit meer komen in Nancy en zullen ook niet kiezen voor een Best Western. Dit was de eerste keer bij jullie verblijven en ook de laatste. Review van week geleden: Mijn kinderen mochten niet het zwembad in om 17.00. Het was blijkbaar een adults only zwembad toen we al waren ingecheckt door mijn man en ik kater kwam met de kinderen. Erg onvriendelijk en ongastvrij. Kinderen mogen alleen morgenochtend even. Heb meteen maar gevraagd of mijn kinderen ook ergens anders niet welkom waren. We hadden juist geboekt voor het zwembad. We zullen hier in ieder geval nooit meer komen. The hotel is a bit far from the central square of the city. It's about a half an hour's walk away. The configuration of the budget hotel, the reception staff are friendly and parking is convenient. However, the hotel room had no thick curtains, just a thin layer of inner curtains, poor shadows, and street lights turned on at night, which seriously affected sleep.

The breakfast restaurant will be a bit crowded when the tour group is concentrated to eat, and the speed of serving can't keep up. Once the tour group leaves, the restaurant feels pretty good. There are not many types of food, but the quality is very good.

I stayed two nights at the Hotel Mercure Nancy Centre Gare for a conference in October 2022. The hotel is very convenient for the station - only 2 minutes walk, for the conference centre - 5 minutes walk and Place Stanislas in the centre - 10 minutes walk. I had a nice big modern room overlooking La Rue Raymond Poincare which had the usual modern facilities one would expect of a 4 star hotel. The big double bed I had was very comfortable and there was a big T.V and tea and coffee making facilities. Good well-sized bathroom with a great shower and complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was really good and offered all the usual excellent French pastries, bread, cold cuts, fish, cheeses, fruits, boiled eggs, juices and hot coffee, tea and chocolate. In addition there was also scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. So all in all, a very pleasant stay.

Our first stay in Nancy, and not the last. Beautiful old Hotel situated in the heart of Place Stanislas. Couldn’t ask for a better location. From check-in to departure the reception staff were extremely friendly and professional. We had a deluxe room which was spacious and extremely comfortable. Would recommend anyone staying in Nancy to choose this hotel.

Breakfast is OK, typical French breakfast, dessert is mostly, but it is more monotonous, not very fancy, if you want any special food, you need to ask the waiter separately.
