Unpleasant welcome, room not ready, and which does not correspond to the reservation (changed by the person at the time of arrival, because not yet ready at 5 p.m.!!!!)

Room too small!!
Card degaussed after 24 hours, so stuck in elevator for 15 minutes with no excuses

PERFECT hotel! We've stayed there for 2 nights during a weekend getaway. The "deluxe" room was very spacious, beautiful and clean. The bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and the hotel perfectly located. The best thing – of course – was the SPA: a large pool (a little bit too cold at first but after a sauna warm enough), dry sauna and a wet sauna. I would totally recommend the hotel to everyone visiting Nancy. Thanks for the great stay!

Excellent recent 2 night stay with family. Spotless rooms, very quiet, fabulous amenities. Good air conditioning. Loved the basement swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Enjoyed the Ground Floor bar (unfortunately weather not good enough to enjoy the rooftop bar). Central.

The hotel was one of the best I stayed in. The service is very good and the breakfast is high quality. I highly recommend this hotel. The prices are very good for how complete and beautiful the hotel is.

We do not always stay in hotels but we had horrible experience with another housing option in town. We could not stay there for three more nights so I made quick reservation on ******* and we went right to the hotel. It was only 10 in the morning but we had not had a lot of sleep. Checkin was not til 4. Staff was very kind and let us chill in lobby and got us room by one which was incredibly appreciative. Thanks so much.

Lovely convenient hotel with very clean rooms and very helpful staff. Great rooftop bar with comfortable lounge chair and lovely plants and fabulous drink selection. Would recommend this hotel as not far to walk into the city center.
