Beautiful hotel! Very attentive and helpful reception. Parking is difficult in the surrounding area, but there is a garage two blocks from the hotel.

Stayed here for one night enroute to the south of France from Germany. The hotel was easy to find, the carpark though due to construction was a nightmare to find but it is only a short walk from the hotel. The room was nice if a little on the small size and the breakfast was pleasant enough with everything that we like. To walk to the centre of town takes less than 30 minutes with the train station even closer. Te hotel was very clean and quiet in our opinion and I would stay here again if passing Nancy.

Small nice hotel, with friendly staff and a good breakfast, with reasonable choice of good cakes and croissants, fruit salad, cheese, hard eggs, bacon and ham. Room and bathroom small but clean and with everything you need. Separate toilet, as in the French habit. Quite area, quick enough to reach the city center (the wonderful Stanislas square!) by foot, passing by the even nearer train station. Easy enough to find parking nearby at reasonable price, free on Sundays.

We spent a pleasant night in a newly renovated room. The Team is warm, welcoming and available. Little extra for the homemade cake served at breakfast. We will come back without worries as soon as the opportunity arises.

A charming hotel close to the city center. The room and shower were perfect, the staff welcoming and accommodating. I slept there one night like a baby, the bedding was so comfortable! I highly recommend this establishment.

Hotel does not match the posted photos. Rooms noisy, you don't have to set an alarm because the neighbors will wake you up. Breakfast looks nice and cozy on the website. But in reality everything is very depressingly bad. Not even fresh coffee but coffee from a machine that is really undrinkable. Tea you get lukewarm water, with a coffee flavor. Is 1 baguette kind of pre-baked undercooked. And mini croissants and no toppings/cheese/jam. In short, it was so bad that we went to town for breakfast. Tip: for 10 euros per person, eat better in the city than what you get served in the hotel. After I filed a complaint, the next day the owner was knocking at my door. Came with a compensation for another room and if I could please remove reviews. Coffee and tea were free for us, she said. It wasn't difficult, we removed it and got another room. In the end, it was more about the breakfast than the room. The hotel is so difficult to reach. The road at the front is open, so it is difficult to access for disabled people. For the time being, this is still open for 1 year. Rooms are very noisy, so what is stated on the website as "soundproof" is not correct. All in all, the girl at the reception is customer unfriendly, she still has to invent a smile. When you check out, you still dare to ask, you have to pay 5 euros for the coffee you took. Specially, the boss gave us other privileges. Anyway, we're not going to make things difficult, they really need the 5 euros, I think. In short, the hotel is cozy, but then you've really had it. There is no point in booking here for people who are taller than 1.80, your feet will stick out far. Beds are small and mattresses, I think, date from the time of Napoleon. For 10 p.p. you can have a really nice breakfast in the city on Stanislas Square and you will spend even less and get value for money. But pay 20 euros for not fresh bread and no toppings and a bowl of ditch water, sorry, I ate a lot in hotels, also 3 star, but much better. They have a rating of 8.9, well that is certainly not the case. I give this hotel a 1 and the service, especially the very unfriendly girl at the reception, a -2

We spent one night in this hotel and honestly we would have liked to stay there longer because everything was perfect from the receptionist when we arrived to when we left! I had called to book and asked the person I spoke to to book me a room on the top floor, far from the elevator and our room was on the fourth floor and indeed far from the elevator! In addition, all the rooms are soundproofed, especially when they do not overlook the street (we had room 46). We had breakfast, there are sweet and savory options with fruit and yogurt. To get to Place Stanislas, we walked 15 to 20 minutes, it was pleasant with the good weather we had this weekend! We will return without hesitation and we recommend! Thank you to the two receptionists we had, above all don't change anything!

Very quiet room, 5 minutes walk from the station. Bathroom and toilet in the room quite clean. Apart from the noise of the doors in the corridor, no noise and total silence at night, at the same time, traffic on the boulevard was cut off for work... Despite everything, the rooms seem very well soundproofed. Breakfast in a pleasantly decorated room.

Hôtel très confortable. Très bien situé. On peut aller facilement au centre ville à pied (15/20mm) ou Tram à 50m. Personnel très aimable et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons pu réserver une place de Parking à 5mm à pied et pour un coût assez raisonnable (10€/jour). Nous recommandons fortement!

Hôtel à 15 minutes à pieds de la gare , avenue Jean Jaurès. Etablissement composé d'une quarantaine de chambres sur 5 niveaux avec ascenseur. Accueil sympathique à l'écoute et réactif. Chambres 10 et 11 côté rue , bien insonorisé. Ensemble correct. Literie moyenne. Espaces sanitaires séparés et récemment rénovés. Petit déjeuner en format buffet , complet et très bon.

______________ LA SITUATION GÉOGRAPHIQUE : 4/5 ＞ Plutôt bien situé à moins de 15 minutes à pied du centre ville de Nancy et plus précisément à 25 minutes à pied de la place Stanislas. Dans un quartier calme avec du coup peu de commerces, il faudra remonter vers la gare pour trouver commerces et restaurants. ______________ L'ETABLISSEMENT/ESPACE DE RECEPTION/CHECK-IN : 4/5 ＞ Bon accueil, check-in efficace et facile pour récupérer votre chambre. Petit hôtel où il n'y a pas d'espace commun pour se poser, on est sur de l'hôtel traditionnel, très bien entretenu. ______________ LA CHAMBRE : 4/5 ＞ Chambre de taille correcte, bien rénovée et très bien entretenue malgré un immeuble ancien. L'ensemble est très propre avec moquette au sol, TV, petit bureau, petite penderie. Ensemble très calme avec une belle vue sur cour intérieure et sur les toits des immeubles voisins. ______________ LA SALLE DE BAIN & LES PRATIQUES DURABLES : 5/5 ＞ Salle de bain contemporaine propre avec WC et douche de bonne taille. On a de la place pour poser ses affaires ce qui est un bon point. Fourniture complète avec produits de toilette, linge de toilette, mouchoirs etc. Pratiques durables non testées. ______________ LA RESTAURATION : 3/5 ＞ Service de petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet sucré salé, plutôt complet avec croissants, pains frais, oeuf brouillé, beans, charcuterie, fromage, boissons chaudes et froides. Un léger manque d'anticipation concernant la recharge puisque malgré une salle pas si complète, il manquait des croissants pendant de très longues minutes et cela a été rechargé avec des croissants brûlés à l'extérieur mais crues à l'intérieur, signe d'une cuisson express à trop haute température par manque d'anticipation : immangeable. ______________ LES SERVICES : 3/5 ＞ Wifi gratuit fonctionne très bien. Parking privé payant disponible mais très peu de place, mais assez facile de trouver une place dans les rues alentours pour la nuit. Il faudra cependant circuler avec la voiture en journée puisque la zone de l'hôtel est payante en journée. ______________ BILAN : 3.8/5 ＞ Petit hôtel Logis plutôt bien situé dans Nancy, hôtel de style traditionnel avec un accueil efficace et des chambres cosy. Petit déjeuner buffet complet malgré un service à légèrement améliorer. Accessible plutôt à pied/transports puisque l'hôtel ne dispose pas forcément d'assez de places de parking privé. Le point positif est surtout que l'établissement est bien entretenu et tout est propre. Zone calme la nuit.
