The staff were not careful: I was called in full congress to ask why I left my business in the room (normal since I booked 2 nights), without having checked the terms of the reservation before: ( The breakfast plates that accumulate on the tables because no one to get rid of.

Located 5 minutes from the train station, this hotel is perfect for a layover. The staff provided good service and applied the public health measures with extra care, which is appreciated. A snacking offer is provided, and I was really glad to have a hot meal after all the restaurants were closed. The rooms are a little bit tiny but have everything needed, and the value is more than correct. I would definitely come back

The hotel is located in front of the train station and has the classical accommodation of a ibis, although it looks like an older hotel with a pension. The location is not exactly in the city's main square, but is 10 minutes walking away. Some negative points for me were the lift being very small and slow, along with a mopho smell in the room. it's tb a little more expensive than a ibis in other cities, but even cheaper than other options in nancy.

PERFECT hotel! We've stayed there for 2 nights during a weekend getaway. The ”deluxe” room was very spacious, beautiful and clean. The bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and the hotel perfectly located. The best thing – of course – was the SPA: a large pool (a little bit too cold at first but after a sauna warm enough), dry sauna and a wet sauna. I would totally recommend the hotel to everyone visiting Nancy. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed one night in this charming and beautifully renovated and decorated hotel. It was located in a quiet area within walking distance of the old town. Our room was on the ground floor, just off the pretty courtyard. Initially this seemed a perfect spot, but it had its disadvantages: temperatures were exceptionally high and the room had no air conditioning - a ventilator was provided but was too noisy to keep on all night. Opening the window didn't help much, as we were obliged to keep the curtains closed to avoid being disturbed by light coming from what I assume was the kitchen on the other side of the courtyard. We were also woken by noise from the kitchen and people taking an early breakfast in the courtyard. If not for this, I would have given an 'excellent' rating. For a future stay I would choose one of the larger, cooler and more richly decorated rooms on the upper floor. The staff was helpful and very welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful and good value for money: organic cheese and yoghurt, muesli, fresh fruit juice, tasty bread and pastries. I very much appreciated too that we could help ourselves to water from a fridge in the hallway and that we had teamaking facilities in our room. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it. Nancy is a beautiful city, definitely worth a visit!

Breakfast is good, suitable for bringing children together, the location of the hotel is good to find, there are subways and Chinese restaurants, but there is no parking lot. The hotel environment is very good, the last night to change the room, actually gave us a suite with a terrace, also with a bathtub.
