A luxury resort style hotel, very new. Room is clean and spacious, buffet breakfast has many options. A bit of a walk to the tourist spots but can hire a small golf cart if needed.

Clean room with comfortable slippers provided. Wheelchair available to borrow and use within the hotel area, otherwise its challenging for elderly to walk around without wheelchair. Nice garden with flowers blossom

It's the nicest hotel in the area, but it's not exactly worth overpaying to stay here. We had food in the restaurant one night that was ok, a little bit sweet, but maybe that's the way they like their food in this area. We had an executive suite and besides it being a large room it didn't feel that special. Water in the room had a yellow color to it, which the staff explained was due to the water in the hotel being mountain water, I still think the hotel should be able to filter the water so it isn't yellow, we refused to use the bath tub or brush our teeth with the hotel water.

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Good location surrounded by tea plantations, big and clean room with a very professional service!! Totally recommended if you want to visit Tulou!!
