We stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags. The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required. Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100. The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old. When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage. The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy. The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening. The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day. There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu. The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse. The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

We stayed on the 3rd floor in a family suit with 5 people - two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, spacious. Excellent location to explore Yunshuiyao and visit both Hakka houses Huaiyuanlou and Heguilou along the river within walking distance. Excellent service - free afternoon tea and fruits in the evening. Restaurant also is very good. Reception helped us with the car for to visit Tianluokeng cluster.

Hotel was claen and breakfast was so delicious. I will stay here again if I go there.

This time, I came to Yunshuiyao and my friend recommended this B&B. I didn't plan to stay there, but when I came, I found that the courtyard was quiet and very healing. I stayed there for one night to see the night view and relax. The stream was also beautiful. The breakfast at the B&B was OK. The farm dishes made by the chef were quite authentic. The vegetables were all picked by the aunt herself and were fresh. It was great! There is a large parking lot right in front of the B&B, and parking is free.

The design of the guest room is very fresh and reasonable! The hotel waiters and the boss are very enthusiastic! The breakfast is also good👍! It is right next to the Yunshuiyao waterwheel, which is very convenient to go to the scenic spot! The door is a password lock, and the toiletries are good!

My sister and I made an appointment to spend the weekend at Yunshuiyao. It is very convenient to get there from Xiamen. I am quite picky. The B&B is very clean and I am very satisfied. The B&B provides eye masks, toilet mats and large children's play facilities. I saw my nephew having a lot of fun playing on the slide. Yunshuiyao is a very good choice for Xiamen tours👍

It is located in Yunshuiyao Ancient Town, between two earth buildings, next to a big banyan tree, with a parking lot at the door. We had dinner there, the food was delicious, and there was a wide selection.

The location of the B&B is excellent, there is a large parking lot, a restaurant, and delicious food. You must find a suitable location when visiting Yunshuiyao, otherwise it will be very tiring to walk the whole way. This one is next to the waterwheel banyan tree

The second time I stayed at Nanjing 1949 Huazhu Luxury Holiday Homestay, the experience was still great! The homestay is in a prime location, right in the core of the scenic area. As soon as you walk out of the door, you can reach the waterwheel in 50 meters, and you can easily start a pleasant journey. You don’t have to worry about parking problems when you drive here. The spacious parking area allows you to park smoothly every time. The farmhouse dishes in his restaurant are really delicious. Carefully cooked with local fresh ingredients, the unique flavor makes people aftertaste endlessly, and every bite is full of strong regional style. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the service staff is warm and considerate, which makes people feel very warm. Coming here is as comfortable as going home. Next time I have a chance, I will choose here without hesitation!

It is very close to Yunshuiyao Banyan Tree. It was off-season when I went there. The proprietress upgraded me to a suite for free. There is an area for babies to play. The room is well designed.

The kids love it, the view outside the room window is beautiful, but the toilet and shower are separated, so the enclosure is not that good! You can walk to the two ancient buildings, and you can order meals directly at the B&B!

The space upstairs and downstairs is very large, and the width and slope of the stairs are very suitable. It is very convenient and safe for the elderly and children. The environment outside the house is very comfortable and beautiful. There is also a terrace in the room. Sitting on the terrace and looking outside, I feel very good. The service is also very good. They will send fruits and remind you to close the windows. The location is also very convenient, next to the waterwheel. The food in the restaurant tastes good and is relatively affordable. Guests staying in the hotel will also get discounts. When I left at the end, I also prepared a bag of souvenirs, including canvas bags, tea, soap, and snacks, which really made people very happy.
