Service: Excellent! Even though there were a few minor issues, they were all perfectly resolved. I even forgot my watch when I left, but they found it for me right away when I called back. Truly outstanding! The front desk staff are great! The housekeeping is great too! The location is fantastic, right by Xinjiekou, which is perfect for shopping.

The sound of tiling from the next room felt like it was right next to me, very immersive 😭 The soundproofing is terrible; remember to ask for earplugs in advance.

The room was very soundproof, fully equipped, and the computer had great hardware – I had a blast playing games! The receptionist was very welcoming and provided excellent service, always ready to help! The hotel's cats were adorable!

Facilities: The room was great, fully equipped, and comfortable for playing games and sleeping. The environment was also nice and had a great atmosphere. It was very comfortable for one person. There was even a robot to deliver takeout. The Xinjiekou subway station is nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere.

I booked this place before when I went on a trip, and it was very nice, clean, and hygienic with good soundproofing, so I booked it again this time. However, the room was small, and the blankets and sheets were damp. It took me a long time to fall asleep. Also, because the soundproofing was poor and the curtains weren't blackout curtains, I woke up at 6 a.m.
