The front desk staff, Haochen, provided excellent service. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the rooms were odor-free, well-soundproofed, spacious, and comfortable, with soft and reassuring bedding. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The breakfast was varied and fresh, and the surrounding transportation was convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.

This is one of the worst Atour hotels I've ever stayed at. The windows in the Jimu-type room were ridiculously narrow, only about 50cm wide. The room had a musty, unpleasant odor from lack of ventilation, making it very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible; I couldn't eat it at all. The female receptionist on duty at 3 PM on March 25th was extremely indifferent and showed absolutely no service awareness.

Sorry, I can't give a good review. This is the only time I give a bad review to Yaduo. I became a fan of Atour when I came to Nanjing six years ago. Since then, I have stayed at Atour dozens of times in cities large and small across the country. However, I was quite disappointed with the Atour in Nanjing this time. The shower water temperature felt like 43-48° and could not be adjusted (or the temperature adjustment was not obvious. My hair and body were already wet and covered with foam. It was deep winter and almost midnight and I couldn't afford to toss and turn. I just endured the scalding heat and barely finished the shower under the mist from the shower). The older kid in the group only washed his feet, so he used the electronic thermometer he brought with him to measure the water in the pipe. It went off the scale and showed H in one second. The electronic thermometer can only measure up to 42-43°c, and this was only the water in the pipe after taking a shower and blowing my hair. You can imagine how hot the water from the boiler was when it was poured directly on my body. My whole body was red after the shower, and I took a photo of the back of my hand at that time. Afterwards, my body felt dry and hot. I scanned the code to complain in the early morning. The next day, I did not receive any active inquiries from the hotel, so I called the front desk. Later I met the person in charge in the restaurant and told him about this matter. I went into the room to check and he said that the control angle of the faucet regulator was fixed in order to stabilize the water temperature (the maximum temperature is marked on the faucet as 40°c, and anyone with common sense knows that the bath water temperature cannot exceed 40°). He never admitted this mistake at work and claimed that the temperature in the staff dormitory was the same and other guests did not feel uncomfortable. Well, if the hot water temperature was within the normal range, I would be being pretentious if I said I felt hot. When traveling, the requirements for hotel accommodation are not high. It only requires hygiene, safety, and the ability to take a comfortable bath. Finally, the engineering department opened all the faucet regulators, and the water temperature returned to normal on the second night. However, the hotel did not admit its mistake, nor did it apologize or make any statement. As a chain brand, the room rate during the Chinese New Year was 800+, and the food was served at around 10 o'clock. We had noodles and wontons cooked by the waiter, and the other meals were basically the same. The fruits were not fresh, and tofu pudding accounted for a large proportion. Of course, there was no problem in eating enough. This has never happened in other Atour restaurants I have stayed in. Even during the Chinese New Year, the service in Atour in Zhuhai was even better than usual, for fear that the hospitality was not good enough. As a fan of Duo, I hope you can improve.

But from the moment I checked in, I was struck by the following: 1. When I was checking in, there was a group of guests in front of me. At that time, there was only one guy at the front desk. After waiting for three to five minutes, the front desk clerk took a remote control and called another receptionist to check me in. When I checked in, they asked me to add them on WeChat at 2 o'clock the next day to ask about their stay experience, but I refused. I didn't spend over 400 to review the hotel for you. 2. The front desk said that the room type we booked was sold out, so we upgraded to an executive room for free. The washbasin in this executive room is independent upon entering the room, the shower switch in the bathroom is a button (this is the first time I have encountered a guest who needs to call to ask how to turn on the shower), and there is a wall buttress in the middle of the window. 3. The thundering moment came. At 9:00 p.m., young people moved in next door and they were playing in the corridor. I could hear it clearly in my room. It was past 10 o'clock when I was about to go to bed, but the sound of the TV next door rang in my ears. There were also sounds of running and jumping. I thought it was coming from upstairs, but it turned out to be from next door. I asked the hotel to come and take a look and left a recording as evidence. Almost half an hour later, the hotel just went outside to check. The waiter apologized to me aggrievedly and said he would send earplugs. The noise was still going on over there and I couldn't stand it anymore so I asked to change rooms. 4. I thought the room I moved to was quieter, but I heard the sound of KTV singing outside the window. 5. I waited for you for a whole day and added you on WeChat but no one gave me a solution.

The soundproofing is very poor. There were people singing in KTV outside the window at midnight, and the noise outside the door never stopped from 7 to 9 in the morning. The sounds of children running and screaming, adults talking, and the slamming of cabinet doors and room doors are right next to my ears. This is the first time I've lived in such a noisy environment. Is it worth the price? In addition, the water temperature in the bathroom is difficult to adjust and is too hot.

There were flying insects in the room, 5678 flying insects all over the room and bathroom. Platinum members will not be recognized for bookings made on business travel. The attitude of the male waiter at the front desk was average.
