JI Hotel (Nanjing Aoti International Exhibition Center)

Very satisfied with the service and cleanliness here.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. My friend and I were feeling unwell with stomach aches and wanted to check in and rest as soon as possible. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told there were no rooms available and we'd have to wait half an hour. We agreed and sat in the lobby. The front desk then tried to upsell us, saying that for 49 yuan, we could become members and check in immediately, plus get an upgrade. Because I was really feeling unwell, I told the front desk I didn't agree to this paid upgrade (there are usually free upgrades), but I paid anyway so I could get some rest. When we got to the room, it was even worse. The upgraded room was smaller than the one I originally booked, had poorer lighting, and the amenities were inferior. When I asked the front desk, they said we could change rooms but would have to wait. I was so angry I laughed. Not wanting to argue, and because I was so unwell, I said no, we'd just leave it. When we returned from the show that evening, the room reeked of sewage from the toilet. Even 0.5 stars is too much! The room facilities are very new. The hotel starts from the 16th floor. Below is the office building, and the lobby is on the first floor. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the subway station, Yurun Street Station, Line 2, and walk two traffic lights. There is KFC next to the subway station and McDonald's opposite. I went to the Olympic Sports Center to watch a concert and it was two stops away on Line 2. It was quite convenient. The takeaway robot delivered it. I pulled down the mobile phone holder at the hotel, and the hotel female salesperson *xx helped me send it back. The postal service was paid on delivery. These are all ok, and I am very grateful. But I just received the goods. When the mobile phone holder was folded down for delivery, something broke. It was violently folded. Look at the picture. Now when I fold it again, the upper and lower parts are loose and can be pulled out. It didn't happen before. It can still support when standing up, but it will be detached when folded down. Look at the picture. When I received it, a piece of white plastic fell off, and it was also sent back to me. I don't know where it came from. When I received it, the metal and plastic parts were separated, which means it was broken when it was sent, and it didn't say it. I received it and inserted it and then the holder was concave. It was too violent. I'm a little sad that my things were broken. I won’t stay at your house next time I come to see your concert.

This All Seasons Hotel should be newly opened. The environment is very good, the service is good, and the breakfast is particularly rich. I will stay there again next time.

The sanitation is very good, it is very close to the European and American visa center, and the comfort level is quite high. The downside is that the room is long and narrow, and you have to twist your neck to watch TV while lying on the bed, which is a bit awkward. Overall, it feels good.

The room is very clean and on a high floor. The hotel rooms are on the 16th to 22nd floors. There are four washing machines and four dryers in the laundry room, which is very convenient. There is an umbrella in the room, the TV can be paid on demand or free cable TV, there is a smart toilet, and there are 4 to 6 bottles of mineral water every day. Overall, it is great!

The hotel is in an easy-to-find location. The lobby on the first floor is very large, and it is very nice to check in and take photos. The front desk service is very good. The room is large and the soundproofing is very good. It is close to the subway entrance and has convenient transportation. The room layout is very reasonable, and the square room is very comfortable. The front desk service is very friendly and warm, and the smile is also very sincere. It is the kind of vivid smile that instantly draws the heart of the guests. The buffet is very rich in Chinese and Western styles, and the preparation is also very attentive, and the taste is also very good.
