Ascott Xuanwu Lake Nanjing

Ascott Nanjing is super conveniently located, just one subway stop from Nanjing Railway Station. Plus, it's right above the Huamao Center mall. This hotel apartment is incredibly well-equipped, featuring a double-door fridge, an induction cooktop, a Bosch washer, a SMEG range hood, a Panasonic microwave, a capsule coffee machine, and a TOTO smart toilet – you name it, they have it! They've really thought of all the details: laundry detergent, dish soap, dish sponges, pots, and cutlery are all provided, making for a truly comfortable and convenient stay. The second floor has a restaurant with both Chinese and Western buffet breakfast, and there's a pool on the B1 level. I loved the stylish wooden room key, and the power stays on in the room even without the key card. Helen Chen at the front desk provided excellent service!

This stay exceeded my expectations, absolutely five-star worthy! 1. **Regarding Facilities:** The entire room features smart kitchen and bathroom appliances, including a standalone washer-dryer combo, a refrigerator, and an induction cooktop. This perfectly met our needs for laundry and cooking during our stay. The room had excellent natural light, was spotlessly clean, and free from any unpleasant odors. 2. **Regarding Location:** The hotel offers free parking and boasts a prime location. Directly downstairs is Metro Line 1, providing easy access to various business districts. There's a wide variety of dining options nearby, and even food deliveries were brought up to our room by a robot, which was incredibly convenient. 3. **Regarding Staff:** The security guard proactively helped us take our luggage to the room, and check-in at the front desk was very quick. I'd especially like to commend Sunny from the front desk; she was incredibly warm and attentive. She helped us switch to a much larger room and, considering I was traveling with a child, picked a scenic room with an expansive view for us. I'm truly grateful. The hotel was also very quick to respond to all our requests, offering truly heartwarming service. I also want to thank Jay Chen, who went upstairs to help me retrieve a lost item when I checked out; he was exceptionally meticulous and thoughtful. Thank you all. A big thank you again to Sunny at the front desk. This hotel is highly recommended, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

My friend recommended Ella, and she was incredibly helpful from the moment I checked in. She assisted with room arrangements and extending my stay, always with great patience. The room was also very spacious, and the breakfast was good, offering some Nanjing local specialties.

I had originally planned to stay for my entire trip, but unfortunately, due to a typhoon, I had to check out early. I was quite anxious about this unexpected situation, but Ella from the hotel was incredibly proactive and helpful in coordinating everything. Not only did she make the process smooth, but her warm attitude truly put me at ease and helped me resolve a major headache. Although this trip ended with some遗憾 (regret/unfulfilled plans), that human touch made me feel very secure. The hotel itself is also excellent, and I'll definitely be back next time to make up for the stay I missed!

The hotel room was very clean and the facilities were new. It's located in a commercial area, with a shopping mall downstairs and direct subway access from the basement, which was very convenient. We received a free room upgrade, and the room was spacious, making our stay with the kids very comfortable. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip.

Five-star review! Our flight was cancelled due to the typhoon, so we had to check out early. A huge thank you to Ella for her proactive help with the cancellation and modification process. The communication was smooth, and her efficiency was outstanding – she was a real lifesaver! The overall hotel experience was excellent, and the staff's professionalism and service attitude were impeccable. Although our trip was cut short, the service was top-notch.
