HanTing Hotel (Nanjing South Railway Station North Square)

The front desk service was excellent, proactively explaining check-in information to guests. The bedding, toiletries, and other amenities in the room were beyond my expectations—very good! The room was spacious enough. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, and the food was clean and exquisite. Overall, the value for money was high, and the service and facilities were excellent. Highly recommended! Finally, the hotel is part of the Huazhuhui Group, which is great.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete and smart facilities. The soundproofing was excellent, quiet and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. The front desk assistant, Ms. Xie, was warm and patient, and even offered a welcome fruit plate and snacks. The location is convenient, near the subway station, making travel easy. They even offer a shuttle to Nanjing South Station. It was a fantastic value for money. I'd stay here again!

Staying at the Hanting Hotel in Nanjing South Railway Station North Square was a fantastic experience! The location is fantastic, just a ten-minute walk from Nanjing South Railway Station, making it super convenient for catching a train! The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, and even recommended nearby restaurants. It was an excellent value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanjing!

The train tickets I booked were too early, so I changed hotels to ones closer to the station. The advantage is that it's really close to Nanjing South and relatively quiet, but it's a bit far from the subway station. Is it version 3.51? There's no reading light by the bed, and no sensor light, which is not very friendly for people who need to get up at night.

The check-in counter staff were friendly and professional. It felt like a luxury hotel. I rented two rooms, and one of them had a slight urine smell from the bathroom. Aside from that, the bedding and rooms were very clean. I also really appreciated the generous supply of bottled water. The rooms felt a bit more spacious than other Hanting hotels. There's a large supermarket within walking distance of the subway station, making it convenient for buying fruit. The buffet restaurant on the lower floor of the supermarket opens at 5:00 PM, making it convenient for dinner every night. The subway and high-speed rail stations are also closer than expected. The subway ride feels like it passes through the building, making it a pleasant walk even on hot, sunny days. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

The first room we stayed in smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. After the front desk changed our room, the light wasn't working. We sent a man up to check it out, and he said it was just like that. I was speechless. 😓 The front desk asked if we wanted to change rooms, but they said they were fully booked. Is that how you solve this? Then, at 9 a.m., while we were still asleep, a woman suddenly knocked on the door. We had locked the door the night before, and she swiped her room card in and complained about why the door wouldn't open. She woke us up.
