Service: The service here is truly terrible. They kept giving me problems. When I told them something of mine disappeared from the hotel room, the cleaning lady flat-out denied it, saying she had no recollection. Does 'no recollection' mean my missing item is resolved? My pearl earrings, which I left on the sink, were gone after just one night's extended stay and a cleaning. When I inquired, the cleaning lady said she didn't remember, and the front desk said they couldn't force her to admit she threw them away just because she had no memory. It felt like they simply didn't care and either threw them out or took them – who knows? Their attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive, with no attempt to solve the problem. I am absolutely certain where I put them and what they were in; I didn't take them when I left, but they were gone when I returned. What kind of security does a hotel like this offer? I absolutely do not recommend staying here. The lobby environment is already mediocre, and their attitude towards problem-solving is extremely poor, truly awful. Everyone was just passing the buck. Even when the cleaning lady finally said if the bag had fallen on the floor and she'd thrown it away, there was nothing she could do, no compensation, and it couldn't be found, her attitude was very tough. Am I just supposed to take this loss? This isn't a particularly cheap hotel; are we not even allowed to leave our belongings here? It's worse than just using luggage storage. Who knows how many other people have lost things? Who would dare stay here again in the future? I was on a business trip hoping for some peace of mind, and instead, I got this whole mess.
