XIYUAN HOTEL

My stay here was fantastic! The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly warm and patient, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were branded, which gave me peace of mind. The soundproofing was also excellent; I slept like a baby at night. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!

Staying at the Xiyuan Hotel in Nanjing was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which made me feel very welcome. The room's hygiene was exceptional; the floors were sparkling clean, and there wasn't a single water mark on the vanity or in the bathroom – they really paid attention to every detail. Upon check-out, I even received a small gift from the hotel, which was such a thoughtful touch. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

The hotel was very clean, spacious, bright, and tidy. The service was also excellent. It offers great value for money and its location is fantastic, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's budget-friendly and really good value.

Service: The service here is truly terrible. They kept giving me problems. When I told them something of mine disappeared from the hotel room, the cleaning lady flat-out denied it, saying she had no recollection. Does 'no recollection' mean my missing item is resolved? My pearl earrings, which I left on the sink, were gone after just one night's extended stay and a cleaning. When I inquired, the cleaning lady said she didn't remember, and the front desk said they couldn't force her to admit she threw them away just because she had no memory. It felt like they simply didn't care and either threw them out or took them – who knows? Their attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive, with no attempt to solve the problem. I am absolutely certain where I put them and what they were in; I didn't take them when I left, but they were gone when I returned. What kind of security does a hotel like this offer? I absolutely do not recommend staying here. The lobby environment is already mediocre, and their attitude towards problem-solving is extremely poor, truly awful. Everyone was just passing the buck. Even when the cleaning lady finally said if the bag had fallen on the floor and she'd thrown it away, there was nothing she could do, no compensation, and it couldn't be found, her attitude was very tough. Am I just supposed to take this loss? This isn't a particularly cheap hotel; are we not even allowed to leave our belongings here? It's worse than just using luggage storage. Who knows how many other people have lost things? Who would dare stay here again in the future? I was on a business trip hoping for some peace of mind, and instead, I got this whole mess. It's completely ruined my mood and is disgusting. Environment: While the small room initially looked tidy, there was dust everywhere under the bed, along with un-swept dirty socks and plastic bags. Anyone who looked would see it.

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped, with a parking lot and security guards at the entrance. Rooms have central air conditioning. Hygiene: The rooms are relatively clean, and housekeeping cleans daily. Environment: Transportation in the surrounding area is very convenient. It's right next to Gulou Hospital and across from the Provincial People's Congress, making it easy to catch a taxi. Service: The hotel offers luggage storage service. You need to fill out a card to store your luggage, and the management is very professional.

Facilities: Comprehensive. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Environment: The surrounding amenities are complete, with entertainment venues available from morning till night, and night till morning, all within a 500-meter radius. Service: Good!
