I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional — truly beyond expectations. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Honestly the hotel is nice but they could have done better in terms of cleanliness, the room was so stuffy and the bathroom smelt , the sink had rust and the room didn’t even have a single remote we had to go downstairs to ask. The afternoon tea is not as advertised there was no one working when we went to ask for tea, they just gave us snacks and no actual tea. We had to spray perfume in the entire room for it to smell good. And the service was really amazing though and we appreciated the late check out time however they could put more than two tea bags in the room and more water for guests
