NaFuTang Culture Travel Hotel

Cleanliness: Extremely clean. I happened to be there during their cleaning, and they meticulously wiped down an already spotless room. Environment: Excellent. The room was very quiet and soundproof. Service: The front desk staff, both the guys and the ladies, had a fantastic attitude. This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far for my business trips to Nanjing. 🏨

The room was filthy and infested with bugs. The in-room phone to customer service was out of order. The bathroom faucet was leaking, resulting in extremely low water pressure in the shower. Late at night, while trying to watch TV, random content kept being cast to the screen. Turning it off and on didn't fix it, which was quite unnerving. Food deliveries were not allowed past the front desk. Overall, the service was very poor.

Facilities: The parking was a bit tricky to locate. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: The free parking is a huge plus, and having a Nanjing Dapaidang restaurant nearby was incredibly convenient. Service: Exceptional! I had some trouble finding the parking and had to call the front desk a few times, but they were incredibly patient and helpful. They even allowed us to park our car first and check in later that evening. The young man on duty at the front desk that day was especially polite and welcoming, which made a great impression.

This is my second stay here, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to the Presidential Palace and 1912 Street, which makes it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. It's also very near Nanjing South Railway Station. The newly renovated room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the full smart-home features, which added a layer of convenience. The front desk staff were both professional and wonderfully warm, making me feel truly at home. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Nanjing.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's proximity to a subway station made getting around incredibly convenient. Being newly renovated, the hotel was impeccably clean. The smart controls throughout the room were intuitive and easy to operate, making adjusting the lighting and curtains a breeze. The layout was well-designed; the sleeping and sofa areas were effectively separated from the living space, giving it the feel of a mini-suite. Thoughtful details were evident everywhere, such as the retractable clothesline, which conveniently solved any drying needs. Truly considerate! The room facilities were new and practical, even boasting a Dyson hairdryer. The charming room decor added a lovely, cozy touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing instant comfort upon entering the room, even on a scorching hot day. The expansive view from the window offered a pleasant panorama. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and was a truly pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Pros: The location is excellent, right by the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get to all major attractions. Cons: However, the hotel building is quite hidden. Another entrance on the ground floor felt rather eerie at night. The room had a strong renovation smell, but what was truly perplexing was finding water already seeping from the corner of the wall! I really don't see the point of renovating if these are the issues. The room was also incredibly dusty, a clear sign of poor cleaning. To top it all off, I found several small black bugs on the bed. Frankly, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, directly opposite Fuchao Station on Metro Line 3. It's only one stop away from Dahangong, making it very convenient for visiting all major attractions. The room was very spacious, which was perfect for our family of two adults and three children (our eldest is already 165cm tall). With a 2-meter wide bed and an extra-wide sofa, there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The in-room desk was a perfect fit for Dad, allowing him to enjoy sightseeing during the day and catch up on work in the evening.

The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the subway station. It's just a ten-minute walk to the Presidential Palace, and the surrounding 1912 District is a well-planned area brimming with dining and drinking options. Although the hotel is situated on a main street, its setting within a courtyard provides a quiet oasis from the city's hustle and bustle. While in the 1912 District, we rode the miniature train, savored Thirteen Tea, and enjoyed some duck. Later that evening, we went shopping at Deji Plaza, and the taxi ride back to the hotel felt like a mere five minutes. Its proximity to both major attractions and shopping centers is fantastic, and food delivery services are also impressively fast. The room boasted excellent natural light, and I was thoroughly impressed.
