Everything was great, except that even though it's early summer, the central AC only provides heat, which was quite uncomfortable. The temperature control system should be more flexible to enhance the customer experience.

This hotel had the best service of all the hotels I stayed at on this trip. The front desk staff always greeted me with a smile. There was a 'notice board' next to the TV in the room with warm ***** New Year greetings written on sticky notes. When I picked up my room key, I even saw hand-drawn cartoon pictures by the staff, which were really adorable! I booked two rooms in total, and they even had different drawings... The hotel is newly opened, so all the facilities are new, and the pillows are super comfortable. They even followed up after check-out, which is a rare level of service in China. Five-star rating!
