The hotel was absolutely stunning, exceeding all expectations. The room was spacious and bright, with a floor-to-ceiling bed that let in the most wonderful sunlight. The bed was incredibly comfortable, as was the sofa. Many small details were worth praising, such as the in-room fitness equipment, welcome fruit, and wireless charging. The hand soap and lotion smelled amazing! Plus, the underground parking with direct elevator access to the front desk was super convenient.

We booked the Octonauts-themed family room. It was clean and tidy, and my child absolutely loved it. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located close to Hongshan Zoo and the train station, making it easy to get around.

This is a great hotel, very clean, and the staff are all really friendly and greet you whenever they see you. The room is spacious, and it even has a game table and a small slide, which my child absolutely loved.

Took my kid to Hongshan Zoo and found this new hotel. It has Octonauts-themed rooms, and my child said they wish our home could be transformed like that, haha. The service was excellent, and they were very friendly to children. There's also a mall with plenty of food options just a few hundred meters away.

I booked this hotel because of all the good reviews. I confirmed with the hotel beforehand that the four rooms could be on different floors, but check-in still took an incredibly long time – the longest I've ever experienced. The most important thing is that the rooms were extremely stuffy. You couldn't open the windows, and I really don't understand having a room without an openable window. The air conditioning didn't cool at all, which made sleeping incredibly hot and stuffy. My grandparents especially complained about the heat. Breakfast the next morning was also very mediocre; I couldn't find anything particularly tasty, and the coffee wasn't good either. Also, Trip.com stated a 2 PM checkout, but the front desk insisted we check out by 12 PM. If this was due to the Chinese New Year crowds, why wasn't this communicated in advance on all platforms? They did give us a small gift when we left, which was a nice touch. These are my honest feelings, not a malicious bad review.
