I was in room 619 (at the end of the hall) and the outdoor AC unit, which wasn't even for my room, would intermittently make a loud humming noise. Sometimes it was quiet, but when it was loud, it was impossible to sleep. I asked the hotel to change my room, but they said there were no other rooms available. I ended up having to switch to a windowless room. A staff member brought me the key card for room 201 and gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher. The soundproofing in the rooms is really terrible!

Our whole family went to Nanjing to drop off our elder daughter for university, and we were all very excited. Since we booked late, there weren't many options, so we directly reserved three rooms for three consecutive nights. Overall, our experience was quite good. The rooms were spacious and not cramped, the hygiene was excellent, and the surroundings were quiet. Although the decor was a bit retro, it was well-maintained, and we felt comfortable throughout our three-day stay. The front desk staff was warm and patient. On the first day, my wife didn't like the carpet and asked to switch rooms. The front desk immediately arranged a new room for the next day. On the second day, the AC in the new room wasn't working. After contacting the front desk, they moved us to yet another new room without any complaints, which I really appreciate.👍 The only slight drawbacks were that some room facilities were a bit old. Out of three rooms, two had weak air conditioning, which is a major issue in Nanjing, a city known for its heat. This definitely needs improvement. Also, the shower water pressure felt universally low, which isn't good. After a tiring day, tourists just want a refreshing hot shower, and weak water pressure is certainly not ideal. I hope these aspects can be improved.

It's located right opposite Nanbo, which is convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat downstairs. Everything was great, and it wasn't too noisy inside the complex, so I slept really well.

The facilities are old, the bathroom is dirty, and the exhaust fan is incredibly loud – when it's on, the entire room vibrates. The air conditioning unit outside is also very noisy; it hummed all night long, making it impossible to sleep. Absolutely terrible.

The room was quite clean and tidy, and the hygiene was good. The hotel's location is excellent; it's very quick to get there from the subway station to check-in. The front desk service was also warm and thoughtful. Overall, it was a good experience.
