房間乾淨整潔 意想不到的效果 衞生間是那種實心的牆壁非常不錯 （衞生間不是透明的哦）個人比較喜歡 外賣有機器人送 非常方便 電梯也是刷卡 這一點是非常重要的 還有洗衣機和烘乾機 提供洗衣液 對於入住好幾天的遊客非常方便 旁邊就是地鐵3號線 出去玩也是非常方便哦 整體來説性價比超高 第一次入住如家 感覺非常滿意 下次來南京 首先如家！！！

環境還可以吧，但衞生真的很一般，進門的時候是剛打掃完直接入住的，還有陰蝨小蟲子，跟前台反映也沒有什麼説法，阿姨進來後就把蟲子抓走了，也完全沒提到換房間之類的。衞生間洗手池還有污漬、鏡子上還有頭髮、淋浴門是也都是水漬、枱面桌子上沒擦乾淨、一次性梳子外包裝袋上也明顯臟的、衞生間門後面還有上一個客人用了的牙膏蓋子沒掃掉、牆面牆紙脱落等等，這個就是我們入職後第一時間看到的衞生情況。而且房間是安排在了一樓，窗户也是沒法關上的，整個房間就很冷，到凌晨兩點多的時候就是野貓野狗亂叫，完全沒法入睡，很影響休息，而且被子給的也很薄，左邊是原本房間的，右邊是讓前台加的一條被子，連後加的都比一開始的要厚，但前台電話裏缺説我們沒有厚被子，都是統一一樣的。

房間乾淨衞生，還特別的寬敞。一直都出門預訂如家neo，性價比高。這次來南京預訂的在小市地鐵站這邊，離着地鐵站出門也就走個十多米就到了，去哪都方便。然後這兒的酒店前台接待都很好很好，任何需要都能及時幫助，第一晚覺得房間的鏡子不太合適，又及時給你們更換了房間。出去玩的時候也會及時把房間都收拾乾淨整潔，特別好的一次南京之旅，謝謝如家，謝謝南京如家neo小市地鐵站店！！

酒店位置雖然不在市中心，但交通非常方便，出酒店就是3號地鐵1號口，距火車站僅1站，去景區也很方便。房間設施齊全，熱水出水量大，環境安靜。電視屏比較大，床墊和枕頭很舒服。前台服務很貼心，延遲到14點退房。點外賣機器人送餐。

很乾凈，衞生條件超級好，前台也很熱情，有求必應的那種，幫助住户解決了超多困難！而且！窗簾是遮光窗簾！遮光！遮光！遮光！這一點超級棒，房間的隔音也很好，住過的其他酒店都沒能這麼好！最重要的是，離地鐵站巨近，出地鐵口三十秒就到了
