Mango Hotel (Nanjing Hexi Wanda Mochouhu Subway Station)

No parking, no breakfast, hygiene conditions are quite different from the promotional videos, and the room rate is over 500 yuan, which is very poor value for money. I do not recommend staying here.

There are still hotel rooms available for over 100 yuan that have no windows. Most importantly, not only do they lack windows, but the sewer also smells terrible, and there are no disposable slippers. Imagine being woken up by the stench in the middle of the night! It's a tiny room, and the lack of windows is bad enough, but by the time you check in and use the shower, it's too late to discover the toilet stinks. This isn't just one room. Other rooms are the same; the doors are left open for ventilation when guests haven't booked. So what happens when guests check in? Do they also leave the doors open?

I stayed for a night to visit the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall. The location was perfect for visiting the memorial, and the staff were friendly. The skewer restaurant on the first floor was delicious, and the owner was friendly.

The room was great, I really liked it, I recommend staying here.

My stay at this hotel was extremely poor. I am reporting the following serious issues for the reference of other potential guests: 1. Severe Noise Disturbances in the Early Morning: During my stay, around 6 AM, I could hear children running, stomping, and shouting in the hallway. Starting around 7 AM, there was a continuous, loud drilling noise in my room area, waking me up and making it difficult to fall back asleep. My complaints to the hotel were unsuccessful, and the noise continued. The noise was extremely penetrating and loud, indicating the hotel's poor soundproofing. Allowing such high-noise construction during the crucial early morning hours (6 AM to 9 AM) without any prior notice or warning severely disrupted my rest and subsequent travel plans, which is completely unacceptable. 2. Extremely Poor Hotel Service: After being woken up by the noise and unable to tolerate it any longer, I immediately complained and explained the severity of the situation. The male receptionist showed no remorse, was rude, offered no apology, and even verbally abused the customer service staff. His behavior was disgusting and extremely uncivilized. Experiencing three hours of severe noise disturbance during a time when we needed quiet rest, forcing us to check out early, is a clear case of negligence on the hotel's part. What's even more unacceptable is the hotel front desk's extremely poor service attitude and completely irresponsible response to a guest's legitimate complaint, which utterly ruined the stay. This is far from the service level expected of a decent hotel. Based on these facts, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially for guests who have high standards for their sleeping environment or expect basic services. I have already submitted my complaint.
