The room was great, very clean and bright. The service was excellent; they helped with laundry and delivered it right to the room, which was super convenient. The hotel also provides 'Anxin Cup' (sanitized cups), so it's clean and hygienic for drinking water.

We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade! The room was spacious, very clean, and overall comfortable. The facilities were pretty complete, though I couldn't find a fridge. The location is convenient for shopping and dining, but it's a bit of a walk to the metro station. The soundproofing isn't great, so it was a bit noisy at night.

The hotel is extremely clean and well equipped. Washers and dryers are available 24 hours, very convenient. Next to a mall, plenty of dining options. Staff are polite and helpful. Definitely a gem.

Great experience starting from check in. Friendly and supporting staff. The rooms are very stylish and super comfortable. The location is close to Linggu and Ming Xiaoling scenic areas. If you plan a visit there, the location is great. Only downside is that the subway station is a bit far for walking - but there is actually enough basic facilities around.

We took our kids to Nanjing for the weekend and booked an executive twin room. The room was spacious and had a window. The pillows were very soft, and most importantly, the hairdryer was very powerful and virtually silent. The receptionists were very attentive, and the manager was equally helpful. This trip to Nanjing was a perfect ending.
