南京板橋亞朵，早餐豐盛，味道很好，尤其是小餛飩。服務人員服務態度不錯，訓練有素。房間衞生整潔。健身房設備完善配套齊全。周邊環境很好，有一個很大的蓮花湖健康主題公園，值得遊覽。 未能得滿分的原因是設施建設和維護有所欠缺，包括並不限於，一間房間空調面板失靈，經報修後維修師傅前來予以修復。一台電視機機頂盒故障，維修師傅當天未能排除故障，第二天又來人處理。另外，一間卧室因設計原因，未安裝空調出風口和迴風口，不得不通過土辦法解決，事實證明效果很差。 另外，停車場管理稍顯混亂，夜間停車無人管理，基本隨意停車。 因此，設施扣了一分，其他部分給予五星好評。
