Had a 10/10 stay at the InterContinental Nanjing! Both the lake and city view rooms offer stunning, picturesque vistas. The hotel boasts a prime location, making it super convenient to get to all major popular attractions. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast quality is on point, and a special shout-out to our butler, Joanna, for her meticulous and attentive service. She resolved issues promptly, making the whole experience hassle-free and delightful. Highly recommend!

The room was very comfortable and I loved the city view. My check-in butler, Joanna, provided exceptionally attentive service. She not only prepared tourist attraction maps and routes for us, but also thoughtfully checked in on our stay every day and resolved any issues immediately. I am very much looking forward to staying here again!

Right by Xuanwu Lake with fantastic views. The location is super convenient—just about 100 meters from Exit 4A of Metro Lines 1 and 4. The breakfast offers a great variety, and the Chinese restaurant on the 76th floor is also very good.

Our stay was excellent. Being on a high floor, we had a panoramic view of Nanjing, and the night view was even more captivating. The breakfast spread was extensive, the service was outstanding, and parking was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; it truly lives up to its five-star rating.

Arrived during the National Day peak, the hotel was fully booked, and seeing the crowds waiting made me want to cry. Luckily, housekeeper Alice's meticulous planning allowed us to check in. The room had an excellent view, and the bathroom facilities were all high-end brands. The experience was quite good. Thanks again, Alice!

I saw tons of complaints before coming, like the rooms being old and the elevators being complicated to transfer. However, the view from the tallest building in Jiangsu makes up for many of the downsides. These are just basic standards, only enough for four stars. The bonus point goes to Regina; I wouldn't say she was exceptionally outstanding, but she was always responsive to every request, earning a full five-star rating.

How should I put this? The location is good, and the environment is fine, but I felt the service was a bit rough. The staff spoke quite abruptly. Maybe that's just their style of speaking. I've been to many cities across the country, and breakfast for kids is always complimentary, but not at this place.

The location is excellent, and the 45th-floor platform offers a panoramic view of Nanjing. The hotel provides one-on-one butler service, and our butler, Alice, was enthusiastic and thorough. I'll definitely choose InterContinental Hotels NANJING by IHG again on my next trip to Nanjing.

Regina proactively added me on WeChat before check-in, and her service was very enthusiastic, thumbs up! The 45th-floor observation deck offers panoramic views of Xuanwu Lake, especially the sunset glow, which is amazing! Highly recommended!
