The room is old, the water is blocked, and the sheets are unhygienic.

I stayed one night for the exam and the air conditioner didn't heat up at all. It was so cold all night that I almost caught a cold.

There was no problem with the room and the service from the boss was good. I delayed check-out for an hour because of something and there was no additional charge.

Pros: The room is large, the curtains have good light-blocking effect, and the boss’s attitude is okay Disadvantages: The environment on the entire floor is not good, the room equipment is old, and the photos are seriously inconsistent with the real thing. The most fatal thing is that there are no big lights in the room. It is extremely dark at night, which is very depressing and the experience is extremely poor.

因為考試離考場近選了這家店，訂的雙床房，預訂價格是299一晚，體驗很差很差。重點挑幾點展開説下： 1.服務態度差，拒絕與客人溝通。預訂時看到介紹是第二天中午12：00前退房，但是下午14：00還有一場考試，為了中午能多休息一會，提前兩三天致電商家商量晚一個小時退房。電話打過去，話還沒説幾句直接掛電話。最後沒辦法找攜程客服出面溝通才同意延遲退房。 2.洗澡設施差，出問題不承認錯誤。洗澡洗一半熱水消失，在冬天客人身上都是肥皂無法沖洗，在受凍中向商家反映，商家説是熱水器容量小要等半個小時才能再次燒熱，這麼重要的事項在入住前為什麼不提前告知客人？出問題了微信上一直躲避錯誤説是洗手間貼了告知標識，一點道歉的態度都沒有，把客人凍壞了怎麼辦？（附聊天記錄圖） 3.洗漱工具差，配套工具質量與299一晚價格不符。我從來沒見過那麼脆弱的牙刷桿，客人甚至不敢拿着牙刷桿刷牙，稍微一用力就彎了斷了。 還有其他問題就不説了，最後一句忠告：如果你想在這家酒店入住，請做好錢包變扁、心情變差的思想準備。
