Suning Universal Hotel All Suites（City Center&Xinjiekou）

Great location, great room, great service, and a super comfy bed! This was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou. The toilet was a smart one, and the shower drain wasn't clogged at all! The blackout curtains worked wonderfully, I slept like a log and only woke up when I was fully rested!

This has become my go-to hotel for my training courses. It's conveniently located, has a great atmosphere, and the stadium right next door is perfect for morning or evening runs. I really love it!

The room was great, the suite was quite luxurious. There were many 'Old Duck Vermicelli Soup' restaurants nearby, and transportation was convenient with the subway station right downstairs. The front desk staff, Xiao Yan, spoke gently and provided attentive and thorough service.

The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. The service was excellent, especially from Xiao Yan at the front desk, who even upgraded our room type. The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the subway exit and directly across from Pioneer Bookstore.

I was very satisfied with this stay. The room was great and comfortable, very quiet, and the service was excellent. The view from the window was also fantastic. I unexpectedly caught a China League One football match at the nearby Wutaishan Stadium, and I could watch it directly from my bed – that was a real bonus! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanjing!

The room was very spacious, came with a bathtub, and offered great views from a high floor. The location is super convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. It offers excellent value for money. Plus, there's a capsule coffee machine in the room, and food deliveries are brought to your door by a robot!

Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money. The breakfast selection was quite rich and complete, offering both Chinese and Western options, along with several authentic Nanjing specialty dishes. There was also a coffee machine, so fresh iced Americanos were always available. Dining on the hotel's top floor offered fantastic views and a great panorama. The room featured two spacious and comfortable 1.5-meter beds, perfectly accommodating two adults and two children. It had electric curtains, and the room offered a good view of the city. The bathroom was equipped with a water purifier and a bathtub. A self-service laundry room on the third floor made doing laundry very convenient. The location was excellent, right next to Wutaishan subway station downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. The only minor drawback was that the hallway lighting was a bit dim and there was a slight odor. Other than that, everything else was very satisfactory, and I would recommend it overall.

Upon entering, I placed my bag down and noticed the windowsill was full of cigarette butts 🤦🏻. The rest of the room was actually quite clean, so I really don't understand what happened with that windowsill.
