I was very satisfied with both the room and the service. I've stayed here multiple times in the summer, but in the middle of winter, the duvet was still a summer one. It definitely made me catch a cold. The AC made the room hot and dry when on, but it was too cold with it off.

Good hotel with clean environment..Good for couples and family stay..The location however is a bit off..also to charge refundable authorisation fee to book hotel is a bit ridiculous considering most big hotels dont do that.

The mattress was really uncomfortable. The air conditioning vent had wads of toilet paper and a lot of dust that would blow onto the bed when the fan was on. I had to switch rooms three times. The first room smelled of secondhand smoke. The second room had toilet paper wads in the AC vent, and the third room had thick dust in the AC vent that would blow all over the sheets as soon as the AC was turned up. However, the service was excellent; they didn't show any impatience even after I switched rooms three times. It's a bit far from the subway station, and if you're driving, you have to tell the front desk your license plate number every time you exit the parking lot, which isn't very convenient for long-term stays. Everything else was fine. Oh, and it's located in the same building as several other hotels, not a standalone building, and if you arrive late, there's no parking available.

Clean and spacious room. Didn’t find accessible eatery nearby, but easy to get DIDI travel to other places. I would go trade for another hotel for this price, unless one is brand conscious.

Ten minutes from the train station, only 15 minutes to Usnisa Palace and Niushou Mountain. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable clean beds and pillows. The swimming pool was clean, just a bit old and needed renovating.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The location is also convenient, there's a subway nearby, so you can go for it instead of a taxi. It takes 8 minutes subway ride to the train station.
