The hotel boasts an elegant environment with sophisticated and comfortable New Chinese-style decor. The private hot spring on the terrace creates a fantastic ambiance, and the spring water quality is excellent, with great hygiene. Pan, the front desk staff, was attentive and thorough, making the overall experience pleasant and relaxing. The hotel booking included access to a fun animal park, perfect for family outings, and we also received complimentary tickets for a stand-up comedy show and a mini-train ride. The hotel's service was excellent in resolving issues; any problems encountered while dining at the restaurant were promptly addressed. I highly recommend this place!

The front desk's Lucy was very prompt with her service. Xiao Xuan, the concierge, was incredibly helpful, even offering to fetch takeout. He was patient and had an excellent attitude. The hotel's service in general was very attentive, with thoughtful little gifts and some pleasant surprises.

Miss Zhou at the front desk was so kind and thoughtful, and she explained everything clearly during check-in. The hotel is located within the scenic area, so the air is incredibly fresh, which really boosted our mood! A perfect short getaway experience ⛱️

The lady at check-in had a great attitude and explained all the important details very clearly. My kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and had a wonderful stay.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The front desk staff, particularly the one with the silver hair clip, was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. She helped me plan my route around the park. The hotel itself is well-equipped with excellent facilities. The scenic area is huge, and all the staff were very friendly. The air was fresh and the scenery was delightful. The hot springs were amazing, and the greenery was beautiful – perfect for a relaxing getaway and some fresh air. All the attractions within the Garden Expo Park were really fun. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is located within the Garden Expo Park, but I was a bit disappointed after getting there. The hotel environment wasn't as good as advertised, but the staff's service attitude was excellent. There are two children's playgrounds in the park, which made the kids quite happy.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! Both the facilities and the service are top-notch. The room was stylishly decorated, and all the equipment worked perfectly. The front desk manager was professional and friendly, and the room arrangement was excellent. Her service attitude was superb, making our family's stay here a truly enjoyable time!!!
