Atour Hotel Museum, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics

Pretty good. As a loyal Atour customer, I've always trusted them. The only downside at this particular hotel is that there are limited parking spots. I arrived a bit late and couldn't find a space, but they helped me park in a nearby lot. It was nice that the hotel covered the parking fee too.

The room wasn't new, but it was clean overall. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was good! They provided mild bottled water daily, and cleaning was done promptly! A positive review!

Our shift started checking in around 9 PM, and the front desk said they'd upgraded us to a family room. Only after checking in did we realize it was opposite the work area (the staff were very noisy working in the morning!). 1. The shower drain got clogged that night. A girl came to the front desk, and I asked to change rooms. The front desk said, "We can't change rooms; we don't have any double rooms right now. I can't fix it either. The technician will come tomorrow when he's at work," and then left. So, the so-called "upgrade" is questionable. 2. The elevator was out of order for two days!! We were staying on the 10th floor and had to climb the stairs several times!!!! During that time, a young man even told me that one morning the elevator had dropped from one floor to the first floor, and he was still shaken by it. Overall, a very bad experience.

Facilities: The wash basin in the bathroom is not designed properly and water splashes outside, but otherwise the overall sanitary and indoor environment is good.

The room was very nice. The breakfast was very varied. The service was excellent. It's very close to scenic spots east of Nanjing city. Transportation is convenient. I'll definitely choose Atour again.
