The hotel is poorly signposted and located far from the city center, making it inconvenient. Upon arrival, we noticed a serious lack of cleanliness in our room: the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, the trash had not been emptied, and a cigarette butt was lying on the floor. The walls were stained, the floor was poorly washed, and the sheets had stains and even holes. Additionally, the bathroom window was broken and wouldn’t close, letting in a freezing draft.
In the second room we stayed in, the air conditioning reeked of cigarette smoke, forcing us to request a different one. In the other room, the air conditioning simply didn’t work.
Finally, the soundproofing is almost non-existent: we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms as well as from the floor above, making for very uncomfortable nights. Overall, a disappointing experience.
