UrCove by HYATT Nanjing Downtown

Great stay at UrCove by Hyatt Nanjing Downtown. The location is excellent — right in the city center with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the metro. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great bed and strong shower. Loved the little touches like the complimentary minibar snacks and drinks. Breakfast had a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. Excellent value for money — would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Nanjing.

I had an excellent stay at Urcove by Hyatt Nanjing and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is fantastic, with an abundance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and convenient transport options nearby. It made exploring Nanjing incredibly easy. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional team. The front office staff and manager were genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even helped me receive and keep my Taobao purchases ( sent to the next building), which was a huge convenience and made my trip completely stress-free. More importantly, they made me feel truly at home in Nanjing. Their thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, hidden gems, and authentic food spots allowed me to experience so much more of the city than I would have on my own. Every recommendation turned out to be worthwhile and made my visit much more memorable. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers excellent value, but it is the outstanding hospitality that makes it special. I felt v safe even though I was a solo Traveller. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a wonderful experience. I will definitely choose Urcove by Hyatt Nanjing again on my next visit.
