The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

I'm an old fan of the scholarly family, and I like the smell of her family's books, the environment is good, and the hygiene is good. It is also a loving hotel. This is my first choice next time I travel.

酒店在新街口，位置方便，靠近地鐵張府園，出來很快就能到了。大堂環境舒服，一進門有淡淡的茶香味，還有一盆盆的鮮花布置。前台服務熱情，提供了免費礦泉水，一入住添加微信，玩走的幾天讓我免去攻略時間，那幾天正好不舒服，前台小姐姐也給了我最貼心的問候，紅糖茶，晚上幫我打了宵夜送到房間。每天回來房間也是打掃乾淨，也多備了礦泉水。衣服壞了鈕釦，問前台有無針線包，等我回來時已經幫我縫補好了衣服整齊摺疊放在沙發上。退房時南京正好下雨呢，離開酒店時前台小姐姐把自己的雨傘給我帶走，真的很感動。

酒店佈置雅緻前台有毛筆字帖小朋友很喜歡，酒店位置好出行方便附近就有很多吃飯的地方，房間乾淨這次住了是4天很舒適，特別感謝書香小戚在我們入住期間服務熱情周到給了我們很貼心的幫助給小萌友送了拖鞋牙刷和小零食，這次南京之行很滿意。

酒店位置非常便利，靠市中心，夜間從房間能看到繁華的德基和新百大樓非常璀璨奪目，房間衞生打掃的很乾凈整潔，設施齊全上網速度快，樓下就有很多小吃街，印象最深刻的是，我跟朋友玩的很晚回酒店，朋友穿的鞋有些磨腳，前台工作人員給我們送了一些創可貼，並把夜驛暖膳送到我們房間，非常的貼心感動，盡顯書香酒店小姐姐的用心温暖呢😊，也果斷推薦給認識的朋友，日後來南京選擇書香世家酒店呢，必須給五星好評！贊贊贊

酒店位置不錯，離新街口步行街很近，周圍有很多吃飯的地方，離地鐵一號線也不遠，酒店環境很清雅，服務人員很熱情，退房時還送了別緻的小禮物！房間裏的床很軟，比較舒適！下次來南京還會選擇住這裏。
