Guilaixi Yaxi Hotel

This stay truly exceeded my expectations; it was a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. The hotel is nestled among the mountains, offering a tranquil and serene environment. As dusk settles and the lights come on, the entire resort, surrounded by trees, creates an incredibly atmospheric vibe, perfect for anyone looking to escape the city hustle and unwind for a few days. The overall architectural design is sophisticated, blending modern aesthetics with a natural warmth. I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk lady. Her service was exceptionally gentle and patient. During check-in, she proactively upgraded my room and thoughtfully explained the resort's facilities and hot spring schedules. The whole process was seamless, making me feel genuinely well-cared for right from the start. These little details really made a difference. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding. The full-house underfloor heating was an absolute lifesaver this season, making the room incredibly cozy. The hot spring bath at night was my favorite part of the trip. The water quality was excellent, and soaking in the warm spring while gazing at the night sky and the illuminated mountains was incredibly relaxing. My body and mind felt soothed, and it was wonderfully stress-relieving. The breakfast was also exquisite, with a rich variety of dishes that were both refreshing and high-quality—very satisfying. Overall, from the ambiance and service to the entire experience, everything was top-notch, making it a truly worthwhile stay. I highly recommend it for couples, friends gathering, or anyone needing some quiet time to relax. I will definitely come back again if I get the chance.

The hotel's environment and service are excellent. There are 58 individual houses scattered across the mountain, and you can enjoy hot springs at the summit. The hotel offers beautiful views and a stunning design. It's really nice to take a walk around the mountain in the morning. The only downside to this experience was that the underfloor heating was too hot and couldn't be turned off. On the day we checked in, the temperature was in the teens (Celsius), and both the living room and bedroom were incredibly stuffy, showing a temperature of 33 degrees. Sleeping felt like being on a 'kang' (a traditional heated brick bed in Northeast China), and we were all sweating profusely. My family and friends didn't sleep well at all. The hotel really needs to adjust its heating according to the weather; simply using air conditioning would have been sufficient for weather in the teens.

The living room offers a very spacious activity area, perfect for families with young children. The hotel environment is quite natural, with fewer mosquitoes in winter, though there might be more in summer. The hot spring is also relatively clean, and it wasn't overly crowded during the holiday, perhaps because we went before dinner. The farm was a bit chilly in winter, but activities like sachet making, organic vegetable picking, and feeding small animals kept the kids very happy. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious; on the way home, my child even said they'd love to go back again.

The environment is incredibly comfortable and the air is fresh, allowing you to fully relax. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍 It's fantastic.

The hotel is nestled on a small hill surrounded by bamboo forests and lush trees, offering fresh air. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with kitchen essentials like an induction cooker, dishes, cutlery, and cups, allowing guests to prepare simple meals. The complimentary bottled water is from Bama Lilang, and the toiletries aren't the usual generic large dispenser types. Breakfast quality is excellent, with organic ingredients used in the restaurant, and the taste is also great. The butler was very responsive, and the service staff were proactive. The animals in the hotel's mini-park are very friendly and cute. The only minor drawback, in my opinion, is that the mattress was a bit too soft.

The service exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and tasty. The room was very clean. It was a very rejuvenating short trip. If you have children, remember to visit the farm; there are many small animals and activities there.
