📍 The location is absolutely amazing! Tucked away in the 1865 Creative Park, it's close to Laomendong and Confucius Temple, and easily accessible by foot from Yuhuamen Station on Metro Line 3. The park offers free parking, which is a huge plus when traveling with kids. It’s a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle – perfect for exploring the sights and then returning to a quiet room, truly setting a wonderful mood. 🏮 With its Republic of China-era charm and traditional black brick and gray tile architecture, the hotel itself is set within a century-old industrial heritage site. Open the window and you're greeted by views of the Ming City Wall and Qinhuai River – it’s a truly unique experience to stay amidst such history, and fantastic for photos. The family room is spacious and bright, with views of the Ming City Wall right outside. In spring, the scenery is beautiful everywhere, making for great photos! The intelligent 'Xiao Du' control system kept the kids entertained. The front desk proactively provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, showing thoughtful attention to detail. We even received a souvenir upon check-out. The park also has a free mini amusement park, so no need to travel far for kid-friendly activities. The Grand Bao'en Temple is just a 10-minute walk away, and a stroll along the Qinhuai River offers an immersive experience of Nanjing's history. 🍜 Breakfast was a delightful surprise: The duck blood vermicelli soup was authentic, and they had soup dumplings, mini wontons, and even cute pig-shaped steamed buns that the kids loved, as well as siu mai. The taste was even better than what you'd find in the scenic areas! In the evenings, there was complimentary late-night porridge and hot milk, which was incredibly comforting for families with kids. For a spring break or Qingming Festival trip to Nanjing with kids, this is my top recommendation as a local. It’s peaceful yet central, rich in cultural atmosphere, and offers excellent family services!

Its Chinese courtyard design is charming, with beautiful scenery at every turn, showcasing a harmonious blend of history and modern aesthetics. A stroll through the courtyard was incredibly relaxing. The location is very convenient, close to both the Confucius Temple and Laomendong, making sightseeing a breeze. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and elegant environment. The breakfast deserves special mention; it was varied and plentiful, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. It was a truly delightful start to the day. The facilities are comprehensive, with a practical gym and laundry room. The laundry detergent in the laundry room came in individual packets, which was a thoughtful and hygienic touch, showing great attention to detail. The service was warm and attentive, with polite staff who promptly addressed any issues. I had some reservations when I booked, but my actual stay far surpassed my expectations. I genuinely loved it here. My mother said this trip was well-planned, and she was very happy.

Seriously, you guys! This is my second stay at the Manxin Mansion Fuzimiao Laomendong in Nanjing, and the experience was absolutely divine. The comfort level was so high, I didn't want to check out! I have to give a huge shout-out to the incredible front desk service! No matter what we asked for, they responded promptly and efficiently, always with a smile. Their friendliness was off the charts. What really impressed me was that the hotel actually remembered the issues I brought up last time and proactively told me they had been resolved! I specifically went to the late-night snack area to 'check the results,' and I was blown away—the congee was generously portioned, and the ingredients were substantial and heartwarming. Even during peak dining hours with crowds, there was absolutely no 'half-empty and perfunctory' situation. This level of dedication truly won me over! A hotel that genuinely listens to customer feedback and quickly implements changes deserves all its success! This time, I booked a room with a private courtyard, and it was such a find! We happened to catch a beautiful sunny day, and sitting in the courtyard with family and friends, sipping tea and chatting, with a gentle breeze, was so relaxing I didn't want to move. And the prime location is even better – the Qinhuai River is right outside. Taking a leisurely stroll along the river, enjoying the breeze and the scenery on both banks, created such a wonderful ambiance. Plus, the hotel thoughtfully provides a complimentary afternoon tea. Grabbing some exquisite pastries, fresh fruit, and hot tea to enjoy in the courtyard while admiring the view – now that's what a vacation should be like! What surprised me most were the perfect details! For the safety of children, items like razors and skincare samples are kept at the front desk for guests to pick up as needed, so there's no need to worry about kids playing with them and accidentally hurting themselves. From the service to the environment and the small details, this hotel excels in every aspect. I will definitely choose it again next time I'm in Nanjing! Manxin Mansion has officially made it onto my top accommodation list for Nanjing, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fuzimiao!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The angled attic window on the roof was quite unique and even electric. Waking up in the morning, I could hear birds chirping. After a long morning of walking, my back and legs were aching, and the hotel kindly extended my check-out time, which was a huge help, thank you! The hotel's location is also very convenient for sightseeing. The Grand Bao'en Temple is right next door, and you can reach Zhonghua Gate, Laodongmen, and Fuzi Temple easily by bike – all very close and convenient!

Arrived at the hotel at 9 PM. Walked from Yuhua Gate, through the Fuzimiao Qinhuai Lantern Festival core area, then through Zhonghua Gate, and finally strolled along the Grand Bao'en Temple river back to the hotel. It took exactly three hours. This shows the hotel's excellent location. It's also convenient if you take the subway. The next day, it was only an 8-kilometer drive to the Nanjing Museum and the Nanjing Yunjin Museum. The breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Definitely recommend. We had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, which was very spacious for four people.

The hotel's location is about a ten-minute walk from Laomendong. The decor and facilities are comparable to hotels like Ji Hotel and Atour, and the breakfast is quite extensive. There's a small bar in the lobby and even a cat-petting corner, which is a big plus. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. The only downside, in my opinion, is that some room types have small skylight windows, or the windows face a wall, which can feel a bit enclosed.
