Hampton by Hilton in Nanjing Qilin Zhongshan Mausoleum Scenic Area

Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, and the service was excellent. We arrived late, and the parking signs downstairs were unclear and hard to find. Many items were missing in the bathroom. The air conditioning turned on automatically and was a bit noisy. Overall, it was decent.

The hotel's location is excellent and the environment is nice, but the soundproofing isn't great. I hope they improve it; it was a bit noisy at night.

Summary: Absolutely no service awareness, staff are perfunctory and arrogant. 1. Couldn't get a washing machine. The front desk promised to help wash and dry my clothes when it wasn't busy, before 3 PM. When I came back late, I saw the front desk staff chatting leisurely, and upstairs, one washing machine was empty, but my clothes were still in the laundry bag, unwashed. 2. While waiting for a taxi during check-out, I overheard the front desk staff talking to someone on the phone in a very impolite tone. The call was slammed down, and then they were gossiping with a colleague about the caller, apparently because the guest didn't understand the member usage policy. 3. The tea machine at the front desk only dispenses cold water.
