Location was perfect! Central and a stone’s throw away from everywhere. The service is also impeccable - friendly staff, responsive and provided excellent advice for getting around.

We were delighted to find the Guildford Hotel for our short stay in Nanjing. The two double (1.5m) bed room we booked was spacious and perfect for a family of four. The hotel is very close to Fuzimiao Metro and the Confucius Temple area. The location made it a convenient base for exploring the city. We were upgraded to a room with a terrace. We had breakfast included with our rooms. Breakfast had a few made-to-order options to choose from and was more than ample. The staff presented us with small parting gifts of biscuits on our departure. All the staff were very helpful.

It’s a beautiful hotel located near the touristic street. Walking distance to many eateries 😍 amenities and toiletries are great, hospitality is not bad too. They provide free laundry service but there is only one washer and dryer respectively. They moved me to the hotel facing the river which was amazing 🥰 however the bathroom is so so soooo small lol guess you can’t have the best of both worlds.

Super well located close to the meteo, shops, restaurants, and any type of amenities. We booked the room with the view on the river and it was really nice. The staff is very nice and ready to help you.

Me and a friend went here for a short 2-day trip in Nanjing. The location of the hotel was very nice, it was directly at the heart of Nanjing next to the Confucius Temple. We were stunned by the view on the river, very beautiful. The staff was very friendly, even though I didn‘t speak Chinese that well. The cleaning was done diligently every day. The room itself was quite nice. If we ever return to Nanjing, we will definitely be booking here again!

Great location, clean and friendly hotel

The hotel boasts a convenient location within a few minutes’ walking distance to Fu Zi Miao. The deluxe family room is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four adults. The room was clean, though there was a noticeable unpleasant odor from the bathroom if the door was left open. The service was outstanding. Although breakfast is typically served starting at 8 a.m., the staff graciously accommodated our request to serve it at 7 a.m. instead, allowing our schedule to proceed smoothly. Their flexibility and attentiveness were greatly appreciated

Good place and Fuzimao area, everything is near for walking.

Booked this place for a 4 day trip to Nanjing. The location of this hotel was fantastic, right beside the Qinhuai river and very close to tourist and historical areas of the city! The rooms were well stocked, very clean and the voice assistant was of good use if you know Mandarin. The staff were super chill and very helpful if you have any questions. Food was on point as well! Would book again should I ever come back to Nanjing.
