The hotel's location is excellent; the subway station is very close, and it's right next to a central shopping mall and a snack street. The room was clean and well-maintained, with complete facilities, and it was spacious and bright. The service attitude was also great, and they even have a delivery robot for food orders. It's a fantastic choice for both business trips and leisure travel.

I stayed at the Novotel Nanjing Suning Xinjiekou. The front desk staff were very warm, polite, and provided excellent service. The room was spotless. A great perk is the free parking, and they even have robots that deliver food! The location is fantastic, with convenient transportation and plenty of shopping malls and food streets nearby. However, the Novotel Nanjing Central Suning was an unexpected highlight of our spontaneous getaway, making our trip incredibly enjoyable. Its excellent location in the Xinjiekou district meant easy access to any attraction by metro or taxi. Food deliveries were brought right to our room by robots, allowing us to savor Nanjing's cuisine without even stepping out. Finally, I must mention the hotel's service: they not only upgraded us to a suite but also arranged a late check-out, solving many potential issues for us traveling with a child!
