I practically always stay here when I visit Nanjing. The location is excellent, right in Xinjiekou, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The room is spacious, clean, and hygienic. The service is incredibly warm and proactive; they even check in on your stay experience. I'll most likely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the subway station, with lots of shopping malls and snack streets nearby. It's great for dining and shopping. The room was spacious, bright, comfortable, and clean. We had a really good stay. The underground parking has plenty of spaces, so parking was convenient.

Great location, right in the heart of the city. The front desk staff were lovely and very kind, offering excellent service without being pushy. There's a coffee shop in the lobby, so the whole area smells wonderfully of coffee. They offer free underground parking, which is a great value. They even have robots deliver food when you order takeout! Although the rooms are a bit small, they are clean and tidy. Even though they face the street, there's hardly any noise. Overall, it's a good place and definitely worth choosing.

Although the facilities were a bit dated, they were well-maintained overall. The room offered a fantastic city view through its floor-toceiling windows, which was a great experience. Nanjing itself is also a beautiful city, with all the tourist attractions easily accessible by subway, and plenty of dining options nearby.

The location is good, and there were quite a few people checking in, so the front desk was constantly busy. There are two kinds of tea available 24/7 in the lobby, and they're delicious. It's really convenient that a robot delivers food to the room. The room size is decent, and the soundproofing is okay. The chaise lounge in the room is perfect for a nap; my mom loved lying on it, and I secretly snapped a picture of her long legs.

Good sized room. Clean with some wardrobe space. Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast mediocre, with limited choice. Guest laundry facilities is very poor. Only 2 washers& 2 dryers. One washer was broken. Main negative was the hotel permitted smoking in rooms, corridors & elevators. The smell of smoke was always in the corridors, and came through air vents in the room!

I stayed at the Novotel Nanjing Suning in Xinjiekou during a holiday, and even though the front desk was very busy due to the crowds, the staff were still warm and polite. The hotel offers free underground parking, and the robot delivery service for meals was very convenient. It's also very close to the subway station, making travel easy, and there are many snack options nearby. The room was clean and tidy. Definitely recommended!
