On a quick trip, I suddenly decided to go to Yunshuiyao. I wanted to stay in an earth building and experience the local earth building characteristics. I quickly decided to book my home inn. The boss was very enthusiastic and upgraded us to the second floor for free. Other places charge extra for going up to the second floor of a tulou, but my home doesn’t charge, and you can still stay there hahahaha. The boss also invited us to make tea and listen to the past stories of Tulou, hahahaha. But we only had one day to play, so we were running out. I hope to come back next time. The internal structure of the earth building is also very wonderful. The two girls were actually worried that the wooden structure building might be unsafe. After moving in, they found that there was no need to worry. People outside could not see what was going on inside the room, not even that. The lighting is really magical, and the windows and curtains are also very interesting. This sliding window really saves space. The wisdom of the ancestors is really awesome🐮.

Perfect location right at the foot of the stair case up to the viewpoint of Tianluokeng Tulou cluster so you and walk up to view the 4 dishes and 1 soup before the tourists come. It also sits next to the tulou, easy stroll in the morning. The owner can arrange taxi to pick up and drop off from nearby station (I arrived at Nanjing station), and same driver drive me for the whole day next day to visit all the main attractions. Food is ok, cooked by the owner, a bit over price dinner menu, but vegetable is home grown, fresh. Owner speak little language, need to use a lot of google translate. Room is basic, toilet is ok, good hot water running strongly. Overall I had a pleasant stay.
