My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its staff were amazing, they were friendly, efficient and went extra miles in providing the best service. They were accommodating and always met our requests and expectations. Otherwise, the hotel has very high standards in its room and other facilities. Its proximity to shops and restaurants and indeed all other conveniences such as banks and metro made it a true top choice in any sense. It is worth noting that it went to great lengths in conyacting us for an item left behind after we checked out. also worthy of note is Miss Fanny who is truly caring and made us feel warmly welcomed from day one. I would thus highly recommend it for you.

Location is good and the room is clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was at Jinling Tower and the second night was at Jinling Hotel which is a separate building. The morning after my first stay, I had some business in the city and needed some extra time to move my luggage from the first room to the second. I called the hotel and reached senior receptionist Echo Xu who allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until I returned at 3 PM. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Jinling, I had a pleasant trip and a marvelous stay at Jinling!

The location of this hotel is great. Only a couple of mins from the station. The staff were also extremely helpful. However the standard of this Orange Hotel was not the same as others. It was extremely dated, lots of things were broken. It was dusty and the floor felt sticky. The only reason we didn't move was due to the proximity of the station. I would recommend staying at a different Orange.

It should be the same (actually, the boss asked the aunt to change it for us that time. She just went in to empty it. took out the trash and didn’t change the sheets) 3. I didn’t pay attention to the other two rooms I booked. In the room I stayed in, I discovered that a piece of wall covering above my head was about to fall off... We booked this apartment (it is NOT a hotel) for 2 days in Nanjing. We arrived too early so the room was not ready and we spent a very long time giving the receptionist details and answering her questions, helped by a translating app (even if we speak chinese, apparently she did not understand us most of the time). We were told to come back after 14 so we did, but we had to wait there for more than 30 minutes and we were in a rush for an appointment! Even if we told her so, she kept us there asking for more documents and making us almost miss the appointment. The room per se is nice enough, we were on the 28th floor so we could see a good view of the surroundings, but it could have been cleaner. There is no floor mat in the bathroom but we were given (supersmall for us) plastic shoes. The bathroom also has no face towel, just a packaged paper one. No toilet paper, just a small box of tissues. The room has a double bed (with linen that you could see had been washed but still had yellow shadows from past stains), a sofa and a big projector for the tv on the wall. There is also a small kitchen with fridge, but we didn't use it. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but the service was not good and the room could have been cleaner and better organized.
