Lovely hotel, very helpful staff who spoke English. The room was spacious and clean. The location was on the west side of town but very conveniently located next to a mall with children’s fairground rides outside, so the children loved it. The breakfast was excellent, wide a wide selection of hot Western and Asian food. I would recommend.

Not the best experience… the day we were set to leave, there was no hot water available on our floor. We had to call front desk about 6 times before they let us shower in a different room. No apologies we’re given, and staff seemed nonchalant about the inconvenience. I understand that some issues may come up, but it would’ve been nice if some urgency was given toward those who were inconvenienced on the floor (or even a notice to let us know the hot water isn’t working).

The hotel is very good. We found one temporarily because we thought it would be closer to Nanhu, where our friends live. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is free. We were upgraded to a free room upon check-in, and there was no sound at all. I saw my uncle and aunt disinfecting and cleaning the house early in the morning. It was very clean. I will continue to patronize it when I go to Nanjing in the future. It is also close to where my friends live and close to Nanhu Lake. It’s very convenient to take a walk back after dinner. There are also Qijiawan pot stickers and Shuiximen duck nearby. I bought half a duck to take away before leaving. Compared to a hotel I went to before, which was extremely dirty, noisy, and not soundproofed, this hotel doesn't have this problem at all. There is also a shiny violent bear doll in the hall, and there is a Doraemon at the door. The decoration is very good, and my husband also praised it. I recommend everyone to stay here. The location is great, there are not many cars, and parking is not difficult.

Great room: extremely large and spacious for the location and price! Large bathroom with shower and tub, and a very nice view. Comfortable bedding and clean room. Excellent location right downtown. Swimming pool on the roof is not air conditioned but it's nice otherwise. Breakfast is a little lackluster and front desk service could be friendlier, but overall very good value for money. We will return when in Nanjing again.

I only discovered Hanbi Tower in Nanjing this year🌟I made a decisive reservation and stayed there during the Spring Festival. A female staff member contacted me on the same day and said that the room would be available at one o'clock, which was very nice... The front desk found that the lady who checked me in was the staff member who called me. Unfortunately, I didn't remember her name😓 A slim and elegant woman with hair and glasses (right side of picture 9) took us to the elevator and greeted us cordially during the few days we stayed. I was given dragon-shaped dolls for my two children when I checked in, and a souvenir when I checked out. The room is large and quiet. I am ready to check in to Qingdao Hanbi Building next time. This brand was recommended by a friend after he stayed at Sun Moon Lake in Taiwan ten years ago. I didn't expect it to be available in China, and I hope it gets better and better... There is a very quiet study room in the hotel, which is connected with the introduction of corporate culture. I found a typographical error (Picture 6 should be Lou Qinjian) 😄 Needless to say the hotel environment, the dishes in the Chinese restaurant feel much better than the breakfast. I will come here again when I go to Nanjing in the future. Also highly recommended to friends. The LALU “You won’t meet anyone you don’t want to see”🤭
