The hotel is located in the area maintaining Traditional Chinese architecture , decoration and greenery ,great for photography
we got the room with a beautiful backyard full of plants and blossoms of flowers and a tray of welcome tea after checked in, the bed and pillows are comfortable ,showers is nice and warm
Light Chinese breakfast served is good enough to start a day and not too much for the delicious Nanjing lunch later on:-)
The girls at front desk are very friendly and sweet they were always ready to help
The owners I guess who were on night shift were polite and respectful
Overall we had a great time here thank you

Facilities: The entire room is equipped with a smart control system that's easy to operate. Each guest room has a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and flavored beverages. The air conditioning provides excellent temperature control with a smooth, refreshing airflow that never feels stuffy. The hotel offers free parking, and on-site staff are available to guide you to a spot. The rooms have good soundproofing and sealing, creating a quiet and peaceful resting space. The self-service laundry facilities are fully functional, and the smart delivery service saves time and effort, comprehensively meeting daily living needs.
Hygiene: Daily room cleaning and tidying are completed on time, keeping the indoor environment bright and fresh. The bathroom's partitioned design is practical and well-thought-out, with continuous 24-hour hot water, and even the hardest-to-reach spots are immaculately clean. The bedding is clean and soft, allowing guests to relax and unwind as soon as they check in.
Service: The staff are friendly and patient, handling all matters with clarity and organization. They actively respond to and address guest requests, providing reliable service that makes the entire stay comfortable and effortless.

ZZhudaxiDXI was in Nanjing for a business trip and decided to bring my 2.5-year-old for a visit, but the overall experience was very disappointing.
1. **Misleading Advertising**: The promotional videos made it seem like there were many activities, but in April, the outdoor temperatures were too low. The outdoor water areas were unusable, and facilities like slides were icy cold and unplayable.
2. **Indoor Play Area Restrictions**:
* **Strict Hours**: The indoor playground only opens at 10 AM and closes at 5 PM. As out-of-town visitors, we usually leave around 10 AM to explore attractions and only return after dinner. My early-rising child had nothing to play with. When I asked if they could open earlier, the staff flatly refused, citing 'regulations' (even though staff members were already at the entrance).
* **Limited Access**: Even when open, only a small area with just one small slide was accessible. The other two rooms were completely off-limits to children not in their childcare program.
3. **Lack of Warmth in Service**: For a family-friendly hotel, it was incredibly unaccommodating for young children. We proposed a flexible solution: 'If a child in their childcare program arrives, we'll immediately leave the area,' but the front desk's response was a harsh 'No! You can't come in!' The attitude was cold, leaving no room for discussion.
On the positive side, the hotel's cleanliness and breakfast quality were indeed good, which is commendable.
This hotel might be suitable for families with older children who are okay with strict rules. However, for families with young children like a 2.5-year-old, the experience will be very poor due to the time restrictions and access limitations. The service attitude was inflexible, and I will not be returning.

GGuest UserKudos to the cleaning staff on the 15th floor during Chinese New Year. The front desk, which is supposed to be the hotel's face, was a letdown. We checked in at the left counter using Hong Kong IDs, and after we were done, they asked if we needed help with our luggage. We had elderly and children with us, but there wasn't a single word of greeting. Breakfast was up to four-star standards; not a huge variety, but good quality. The lounge on the 5th floor was very average. They had red and white wine, but you had to ask the staff for beer.

XXiaopangzhiAdaHad to stay in Nanjing for a night to catch Xue Zhiqian's concert, and after a long search, I picked Novotel Nanjing Suning. The value for money was outstanding! The location is perfect, right across the street from Exit 14 of Xinjiekou Metro Station. In my room, I could easily enjoy all the famous Nanjing网红 (viral/popular) foods by ordering delivery: Xiao Pan's duck blood vermicelli soup, cheese fried chicken, Xia Ji's sesame balls and glutinous rice dumplings, Shanxia Dairy, Xu Ayi's pastries – just lay back and wait for the robot to bring it up to my room! 😋
The service was excellent too; the front desk lady understood I wanted a high floor and even upgraded my room! The room was clean, tidy, and soundproofing was great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

It seems like the door to the candy room is a little broken! Not so easy to close! Then the electric cars in the park require money to use but they are too slow! And the cost is a bit high!
The service attitude at the front desk is very good! Very eager to help!
The road to the swimming pool is not easy to walk! Must be very careful! It's easy to fall! The locker room environment needs cleaning!
