條件很差，雖説衹是最一般的單間，但設施也太舊太差了，這樣的條件50一晚還説得過去，70就真是無語，桌子都是破的，一個腳拿石頭墊的，水龍頭生銹得厲害，廁所總是有點味，拿洗澡的熱水沖過也還是有點，衹好關門，但影響換氣扇換氣，我感覺老闆是已經擺爛了，別人愛來不來，所以都懶得改善條件了，也就是離培訓地點最近的旅館就是它，預訂的時候錢也交了，衹好湊合幾晚了

七樓（最高八樓）沒有電梯，空調開的話要加十塊錢，鏡子正對着床，床單上面有污漬，而且睡上去還很癢，店主的態度也很不好，避雷吧

交通便利，附近即是地鐵站，美食廣場。離江邊也近，散步跑步都非常方便，離公交站，地鐵站僅二百米左右。離火車站僅二站地鐵。

床很臟 都是灰塵 窗户一直開着 被子被套都很臟 廁所很小很擠 空間也很小 這個價錢真心不建議來 去辦理入住的時候還找不到人

第一次住這家旅館，我是在網上預訂的室內什麼設施都沒有，而且在網上顯示的是69元，付款的時候是73元晚上睡覺的時候隔音還不好，房間裏還有異味這是我住過最差一家店

房間很小，鏡子對着床，衞生間的燈是壞的，窗户外面就是樓梯，拖鞋是斷底的，還沒有空調，68塊貴了。説實話這是我在南寧住過的最差的賓館！還不可以退款
