The hotel, which opened a year ago, still has a bit of flavor. The space design is simple and bright, and it is more business-oriented. The hygiene is good, the linens and supplies are standard, and the breakfast is average. Parking is convenient.

I just checked in in March 24, and the overall feeling was okay, so I chose to stay in Nanning for the second time this time, but the service and staff quality were really bad this time I booked for two days, and asked if there was a robot to deliver food on the day of check-in the night before. The front desk girl said that there was no robot but the staff would deliver it to the room. I also explained that I would order takeout during my stay, and they agreed to deliver it to my room. This morning, I was in a hurry to catch the high-speed rail and ordered KFC home delivery. I made many calls on the room landline, but no one answered at first, and then it was hung up. I called again on the mobile phone and it hung up again. The KFC deliveryman was also actively communicating with the front desk. The staff said that there was no reasonable communication when they asked her to go out. The home delivery sister was afraid of overtime, so she let me go. I made six calls, four of which were not answered and two were hung up, and I called from the room landline! Secondly, my room includes two cups of coffee. Last night I made an appointment to pack a cup of coffee at 10:30 to take out of the store to drink on the high-speed rail. The front desk girl said that the take-out cup was a little small, but I said it was okay. This morning I came down at 10:30 and the boy at the front desk said the coffee area would be open at 10:00. I said I knew it was 10:30, and the front desk said the room only included one cup without even looking up or confirming, and I agreed. He called the staff, and a few minutes later the staff came to tell me that I couldn't pack it up, saying that coffee ordered for the room was not available for takeout? Don't you guys hand over these things when you change shifts? It feels like the overall quality of the front desk staff is very chaotic, they don't verify the problem and just talk nonsense, and they have no attitude to solve the problem at all, at least they don't explain everything.

The hotel is located in the city center. It is well cleaned and tidy. The only thing is that the air conditioning is not enough. It needs to be turned on for a while to get better. There are many choices for breakfast and the taste is good.

After returning to Yunnan, I passed through Nanning and rested for a night. It was past 11pm when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel was newly opened and everything was fine. Breakfast arrived at 10pm which was a bit early. The restaurant was not big and there was not much food!

Full marks for service and hygiene. The hardware facilities are also very good, the room is spacious, very satisfied

The room facilities are comfortable, but the decoration and maintenance of the newly opened store in 2023 needs to be strengthened. The wallpaper on the corners of the bathroom is a bit warped. Everything else is good. The durian cake for breakfast is good👍. The surrounding area is relatively deserted at the moment. It is also very convenient to take a taxi🚗 ! There is an old friend powder shop not far away.

It can only be said that it is beautiful on the outside but shabby on the inside. From the entrance to the lobby and the elevator corridor, the decoration is very grand, in line with the standards of a five-star hotel. But when I got to the room, I couldn't say anything. The most speechless thing is that there is a door connecting the guest rooms. You can clearly hear the content of the phone call next door. The breakfast is not only sparse but also tastes terrible, not even comparable to the average four-star hotel.
