The big sister at the front desk is really flexible. The guest of the room I booked has not checked out. I arrived early when I got off the plane, and the front desk was very enthusiastic to upgrade my room type. I also told me to take a good rest when I was tired. If I can hear such warm words when I go out, I am really in a good mood, the room is very angry, and the details are done. It's also very good. 離店忘記拍房間了，如其他點評嗮房間圖片，温馨，舒適，房間床軟度合適，接待服務熱情，主動為我們提供周邊吃玩的攻略，圖片衹是接待前台室，住宿在公寓樓，乾淨，有洗衣機，陽台通風透氣佳，小茶几，沙發，讓人有家得體驗，唯一不足電熱水器，對連續多人長時間使用熱水，水温到最後會變冷。

房間環境不錯 但是手機上訂房 12點就退房正常都是2點退心裏還是會介意的

前台沒有人，自助辦理入住，離開的時候也很方便，高層風景漂亮，雖然衹住了一晚，但是體驗好，下次有需要會再來的

還挺好的，服務態度好，都挺不錯，總之環境也不錯，性價比高

地點近朝陽地鐵，朝陽廣埸，從人民東路到澳門街，就可見到高高的酒店。公交出入非常方便。住了二晚，在24 樓。房間大少可以，有洗衣機，洗洗衣服容易。冷風機放在一角，有點聲音。床算是舒服。

交通放便，設施衞老舊一點，衞生整潔，服務態度好！

衞生很可以，挺乾淨的，氛圍也不錯，我要的是觀景房，總枱幫我升級成搖籃房，唯一有一點介意就是，我當天早上還沒退房，穿着褲衩在房間吃東西，客服直接用卡刷了開門進來，看到我還説了嚇死我了，不是，嚇到的難道不應該是我嗎？😂當然，這也不是怪她，衹希望以後能更加仔細一些，也還好總枱不是男的，不然才是真正的介意，
