The location of Yicheng Hotel is very convenient, close to Nanning East Station and subway, which is very convenient for passengers taking trains. The interior design of the hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The front desk service is friendly, check-in and check-out are quick, and there is a shopping mall next to it, making shopping very convenient. However, the hotel did not distinguish between smoking and non-smoking rooms. Although they were marked as non-smoking rooms, they still smelled of smoke. In the room we stayed in for the first time, when we turned off the TV at night, we could hear continuous low-frequency noise from outside, making it difficult to fall asleep. After confirmation from the housekeeping department, we were able to change rooms. However, construction work was going on nearby, and the sound of construction started at 8 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. Overall, although the hotel is in good condition, the noise problem needs to be improved.

The room is clean, the service attitude is very good. I told the service desk that the air conditioner in the room did not blow hot air, so they changed us to a room with heating. There are many types of breakfast, including Chinese and Western food, but the temperature in the restaurant is not high, and the food gets cold easily. The shower water is very hot. You need to swipe the room card to get on the elevator, which is very safe and convenient for eating. Overall, I am satisfied.

The hotel is very new and has a great location, just downstairs from the Aegean Square, which is very convenient for shopping and eating! The hotel has its own independent elevator. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. Our family of four booked a family room, which only included two buffet breakfasts, and gave us two buffet breakfasts for free!
