The light by the door flickered a few times and then went out. The shower head had an uneven spray, with some jets being too powerful, which made it painful on the skin and prevented a proper shower. The room had a strange odor, a strong smell of smoke, and the air purifier didn't seem to make much of a difference.

The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and the room was clean and hygienic. Highly recommended.

The facilities are complete, there's plenty of hot water, and it offers excellent value for money.

The toiletries are of good quality. The hotel's public areas are clean, and you don't have to wait long for the elevators. The staff were gentle and polite throughout, responding quickly to requests, and the hygiene details were impeccable. It's suitable for both business trips and tourism, I highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions. The room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. I had a last-minute delay today and couldn't check out on time, but the lovely lady at the front desk kindly extended my check-out to 3 PM for free. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanning!

The accommodation was very quiet, conveniently located, and quite smart.

Great location with plenty of food options nearby and close to the subway, making it easy to get around. Every time I asked for extra water, it was delivered quickly, and the service was excellent.
