This hotel is by far the best I've stayed in all year. It left a fantastic impression. The mattress and bedding were super comfortable, the room was soundproofed well, and everything was clean and tidy. What really stood out was the thoughtful room lighting design – it's something even high-end hotels often don't get right. After turning off all the lights, there was absolutely no light interference. In other hotels, you often have blinking smoke detector lights, TV indicator lights that won't turn off, set-top box network lights, toilet lights (if it's an automatic toilet), and light seeping in from the edges of the curtains. For anyone sensitive to light, this hotel is an absolute godsend. The front desk staff were also incredibly warm, attentive, and polite.

A five-star experience. **Service:** Because the first room had a slight smell, they upgraded my room. Their problem-solving ability is exceptionally strong, and their attitude is excellent. I was in a hurry for breakfast and eating standing up, and they even kindly checked on me. **Environment:** Absolutely fantastic. I used to always stay at Jinjiang, but since they don't offer airport drop-off service, I decided to try this place. I'm totally hooked now. Please remember to provide ice for my next stay. The customer service representative was very concerned when they heard what happened and immediately sent up iodine, band-aids, disinfectant wipes, and other emergency supplies. They even thoughtfully asked if my injury was serious and repeatedly reminded me of precautions – so gentle and caring. The housekeeping auntie regularly cleaned my room daily, made the bed, and replaced toiletries, keeping the room spotless and tidy. Whenever I had a problem, I could contact customer service, and they would respond promptly and resolve it patiently. There's also plenty of parking available, with a large parking lot right outside the hotel, making it very convenient. The overall service was meticulous, with every staff member being dedicated and genuinely hospitable. The excellent service combined with a comfortable environment offers incredible value for money, and it truly cured my travel fatigue. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends. It's truly a trustworthy place to stay!

The elevator also had key card access, which added to both safety and convenience. Laundry, gym, and parking were all easily accessible. The smart devices allowed me to control everything in the room; just by saying "Xiao Du, Xiao Du" I could adjust the lights, turn on the air conditioning, and control the TV, freeing up my hands. It's been quite hot in Nanning recently, so the room having a mini-fridge was very practical for keeping drinks and mineral water cold. I also have to praise the hotel's coffee sachets – they were delicious, and the housekeeping staff were very happy to provide a few extra packets when I asked. Whether for future leisure trips or business travel, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The room size was just okay, and breakfast was also pretty average. If you go too late, some items, like toast, might be gone. The carpet in the room was quite dirty; I'd suggest they clean it more regularly. Everything else was fine.
