很滿意的入住體驗，剛進酒店就看到大廳很大，整個環境環境乾淨敞亮，前台小陳服務很好，辦理入住也很迅速。 服務：從入住到進到房間每個服務人員都很熱情，服務態度很好。 設施：房間設施設備齊全，整個房間採光好，床很適適。 衞生：從大堂到房間整個的環境衞生都很乾凈很好。 位置：酒店位置很好，地鐵步行5分鐘之內就可以到達，很近，還有免費停車場，出行也很方便，非常推薦，期待下次入住！！！

來這邊看音樂節，在網上平台看挺多家酒店的，看見咱們酒店有演唱會接送的一個服務，剛好酒店地理位置於五象這邊離音樂節地方還有挺近方便的，在辦理入住時還幫我們升級了房間，給安排的房間空間挺大的，衞生乾淨，管家小娜服務好，幫我們提前準備好車子送我們過去音樂節那邊，下次有音樂節和演唱會還會選擇裕達

第二次入住這一家酒店了，酒店的地理位置很好，交通也便利，大堂還挺大的，音樂也挺好聽的讓人放鬆心情，酒店後面還有用餐的店，如果不想出門，還可以點外賣，非常方便，安排的房間衞生乾淨，衞生間是那種乾濕分離，入住之前給管家發訊息，會提前準備好房間，檢查房間衞生，有什麼需求隨時給管家小娜發訊息就可以了，能夠及時回覆，服務很好。

第一次來這家酒店，朋友們都説挺好，自己也來試試體驗下。總體感覺很贊。剛剛踏進大堂，第一感覺就是這個酒店大堂真大，而且他們還有一個巨型沙發，真的是巨型[呲牙]。酒店服務非常贊👍 入住的時候接待的小姐姐很熱心的和我介紹了房型，並給免費升級體驗和更大一點的房間.酒店停車免費，開了車過來前台還貼心的提醒了開車出去前來前台領取停車票。上了房間，房間衞生也很乾凈，值得誇讚的是他們家的沐浴露我很喜歡，味道很好。酒店地理位置也不錯，靠近地鐵口，夜間睡覺也很安靜。入住期間也遇到了一些小麻煩，也非常謝謝前廳的負責人韋美女幫忙協調解決。酒店的早餐品種也很豐富，還有特色小吃油茶，老友粉，桂林米粉。甜點小吃也很不錯。中午退房也很方便交房卡就可以離開了，無需等待。整個入住體驗很不錯，下次有機會還會再次入住，點贊！

位置:五象新區，交通便利，出行方便. 環境:大堂寬敞明亮，乾淨，一進門就有一股淡淡的香非常好聞! 服務:服務很好，各種問題都能很好的解決，前台小娜服務員工作態度好!房間有座機可以打前台電話，房間免費礦泉水，無線網，房間住起來很舒服，睡眠質量非常棒，前台還有薑糖水、茉莉花茶提供非常的貼心。點外賣也非常方便啦，設施齊全。

前前台服務不好，太冷淡，還是升級過的房間房間很一般，房間面積太小，衞生間也特別小設施設備好多壞的電話不能用，噴淋頭吊著。早餐還可以。管理上還是存在一些問題，以後不會來這家酒店。
