昨天晚上剛進到房裡就看到馬桶裏居然有煙頭，兩個入住603的都是不抽煙的人，不搞衞生的嗎？第二天退房時又説弄壞了一個杯蓋，都沒用到杯蓋，之前壞的也算我們入住弄好嗎？
