Crowne Plaza NANNING CITY CENTER by IHG

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, I'd give it five stars! As soon as we stepped into the lobby, it felt incredibly clean and bright. The front desk staff greeted us with a lovely smile and were so gentle. Our room was big and spotless, and the bed was so soft and comfortable. Outside the window, we had a beautiful view, and the room itself had a pleasant fragrance. The hotel environment was also excellent, very quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all. All the staff were very polite and always greeted us. The facilities here are also very comprehensive, making our stay feel incredibly secure. I was so happy with this hotel experience, and next time I travel, I'd love to stay here again! This was truly an unforgettable and wonderful experience!

After checking in, a warm and cozy atmosphere immediately enveloped me. The room's decor was exquisite, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. It provided the perfect rest after a tiring journey. The crisp white sheets were spotless and smelled faintly of laundry detergent, giving it a homey feel! Bonnie at the front desk provided excellent service with a great attitude. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to MixC. Good value for money. Breakfast was quite mediocre, but the gym was pretty decent. The air circulation in the room wasn't very good; it felt a bit stuffy after spending a long time indoors. The bathroom was nice though.

This hotel is located in the heart of ASEAN City, just a few minutes' walk from Wanda Plaza. There's a subway entrance right in front of the hotel, and it's only 4-5 subway stops from Nanning East Railway Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The room facilities and amenities are also great. Lily provided excellent service, accommodating all our needs during our stay. When I return to Nanning, I'll definitely choose Crowne Plaza again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right above a subway station and next to MixC shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also very close to Qingxiu Mountain. The breakfast is abundant and delicious.

My trip happened to coincide with the hotel being fully booked, so I had to wait a bit upon arrival, which naturally made me a little anxious. However, the front desk staff consistently reassured me with patience, kept me updated on the room status, and provided exceptionally thoughtful service. Upon learning of the situation, the hotel duty manager proactively came to communicate and coordinate. Their attitude was sincere and their handling efficient throughout. Despite the hotel being full, they still went above and beyond to arrange a room with a great location and type for me, which was a very pleasant surprise. From waiting to check-in, there was no perfunctory service or buck-passing; the staff were professional and warm, truly putting the guest first. Although there was a slight wait initially, the hotel's attentive service and the manager's proactive and responsible handling completely made up for the minor hiccup. The overall check-in experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended; I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with convenient subway access. MixC shopping mall is just across the street, and it's a short walk to Vientiane City. The floor housekeeper provided good service. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, though.

I was really satisfied with the hotel I stayed at during this trip. The room was very clean, had no strange smells, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept really well at night. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, which made showering very convenient, and all the toiletries were provided. The front desk staff had a good attitude and check-in was quick. They were also very patient when answering our questions. The location was decent too, making it easy to go out for meals and shopping. The room size was appropriate, with good lighting and ventilation, and the soundproofing was acceptable – I wasn't disturbed by any noise. It offers great value for money, with no hidden fees, making for a worry-free stay. Overall, there were no major downsides, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm ever in the area. I truly recommend it to everyone.
