Is a small hotel, don’t expect too much. But is clean, the staff polite and willing to help, check-ins are quick and smooth. If you are tired of chinese food not far from the hotel you can find a Mc Donald and a couple of coffee shops.

垃圾得不能再垃圾，我定的房間沒有，然後就叫我退單或者加錢，沒有我定的户型你放出來幹嘛？別的酒店如果沒有客户定的户型都是免費升級的，或者就不放出來給客户定，就是一家黑酒店，前台態度極差，客房部的態度也很不好，房間三角形的，蚊子又多，而且空調不涼，洗澡水不熱。垃圾得不能再垃圾了！

睡醒發現床頭有一根長頭髮，我還以為是我的，我頭髮是平頭短髮的呀！休息時間老是樓上還是窗户比去年一直都有震動的聲音，搞的睡不早覺，很煩，一次性拖鞋也沒有，全身鏡也沒有我是真服了

臟，有異味，有事提前退房。被告知可以提前退，但是平台會扣手續費。其實手續費是他們自己確定的，可以不扣。他們後來跟平台説不會退我第二天的房費，後來平台介入幫我“講價”，我説最多接受扣10%的手續費，但是他們還是要收我20%的手續費。行吧，我接受，我認栽

總得來説還是不錯的。因為我訂的是3個晚上的，特價單人間沒有了，前台小姐姐給我升了個大的單人間。開門進來就有一面窗，採光還是不錯的。衞生間裏面有個特別大的鏡子，不用擔心半夜沒有熱水用，什麼時候都有。每天都有人來做清潔，收拾垃圾，換被子枕頭、毛巾的，這些東西也是非常乾淨的，沒有任何異味。我回來的時候路過，都會看到有人在房間裏做清潔。水也是免費的，每天都會給你2瓶。牙刷也是每天都給你2支，太實在了！空調體驗良好，睡覺很舒服。前台小姐姐服務態度很好，門口還有個機器人，這個真的好可愛啊。酒店門口直接有個公交站叫做科園大道，離動物園一公里多一點，交通也很方便。除了隔壁開關門不可避免有些聲音以外，其他的就沒有任何噪音，隔音效果還是不錯的。在攜程上面訂的話，不用交按金，退房的時候就是直接把卡給前台就可以走了，超級方便的！總的來説，性價比很高，這是一次快樂的旅行！
