GELI Hotel (Nanning East Railway Station South Square)

I booked this hotel last minute for an early high-speed train, and the location was incredibly convenient, right inside the high-speed rail station. No need to lug my bags around. The room was more comfortable than I expected. The AC and ventilation worked well, and the shower water heated up quickly. The bed wasn't saggy either. As a backpacker, a hot shower, a place to charge my devices, and a good night's sleep are really all I care about. The front desk staff were also nice, and both check-in and check-out were fast.

This hotel offers excellent service and is super close to the high-speed rail station, making it incredibly convenient for travel. The staff are also very attentive, and they even provide breakfast in the mornings. The facilities are comprehensive, making it a great choice for travelers on the go.

Location is perfect: Right at the South Plaza exit level, so no need to drag luggage on the street. It's a 3-minute walk to the entrance and Metro Line 1. • Comfortable room: The bedding is soft, the massage shower is very relaxing, and the 55-inch OLED TV is clear. The room has no strange smells and the soundproofing is good. • Attentive service: The front desk staff (a young lady) was efficient and proactively reminded me about luggage storage and noise periods. She was very responsive to all requests. • Bonus points: Free self-service laundry and dryer, which is a must-have for long trips; breakfast includes noodles and congee, with great local flavors. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanning. Highly recommended! Just a small suggestion: The mirror in the shower area is transparent, directly overlooking the toilet. This compromises privacy, and I hope the hotel will take guest feedback seriously and improve this detail. I believe it would make the stay even more perfect!

The hotel is super convenient for catching a train, and the facilities are great. The desk looked a bit dirty, which was odd, but it didn't bother me. The bed was very clean and comfortable; I fell asleep instantly after a tiring music festival. Since it's right by Nanning East Station, there was some noise, but it didn't stop me from sleeping. I didn't take any pictures of the room, but overall, it was pretty good.

Right on the arrival level of the train station, I highly recommend staying here if you have an early train to catch – it's incredibly convenient!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. Initially, I was worried about a windowless room feeling stuffy, but the room has a fresh air system. After just a few minutes, it didn't feel stuffy at all! It was very comfortable, and the central air conditioning (both heating and cooling) was a great bonus. I'm quite satisfied.
